Charge was strictly on an hourly rate with a time allowance for their transportation to and from the pickup/dropoff sites. The workers were careful and efficient.

Moved from Roseburg to Springfield. The workers were very careful with my possessions. I would use the again.

We've moved from out of state and needed to put most of our belongings in storage. The 2 gentlemen sent to help us met us at the storage unit and helped us unload our large trailer. They were good about checking with us to make sure the items we wanted taken to our apartment were placed on the truck versus the storage unit. Although we were the 2nd job they had and had to wait a bit past our estimated start time, they got right to work; they were efficient and friendly - plus both were great ambassadors for Eugene.

They did an awesome job! They were on time, worked the entire day, and did not leave until they were done. We were very happy with their services.

The two young men who moved us were very helpful. There was no damage to any furniture or surfaces. They were very careful about protecting the wood floors. They actually went above and beyond with some questions we had about installations.

The representative did a very thorough job of estimating all my household good. He answered all my questions and volunteered information for questions I didn't know to ask.

Crosstown Movers personally came out to assess how much weight I would be moving. Very good experience there. I was refunded when the actual cost came a bit under the quote in the form of a check very promptly. No hidden costs and a discount for paying ahead. The men who came out to move my belongings were very polite, careful, timely, and helpful on both ends of the move. I moved about 125 miles from Cottage Grove to Dundee. Our mission was to move dad's belongings from his 1 bedroom apartment and put them in short term storage. We chose Cross Town Movers as they had good reviews and provided packing, moving and storage services; a one stop shop. We arranged for the services in advance long distance by phone as we were out of state. Cross Town called to confirm the date the day before the move and also inquired about what type of packing materials they would need as we had done some packing on our own. 2 movers, Gordon and Luke arrived on time and were ready to go. They both had great attitudes and were professional and efficient with their time. They packed up the Kitchen and all other items that were not packed and put them in a portable storage container. They also helped us move some items that we donated to others in the apartment building. We kept out our cleaning supplies and were able to add them to our portable storage the next day. Cross Town made our mission easy and we would highly recommend them to others. Our price included 2 months of storage. Our quote was a little higher than original but we also realized that it was an estimate as they were unable to see the apartment prior to the packing and moving and had to go on our verbal description of what was required. We were very pleased with the services provided.

Both of the guys got her a bit earlier than planned but that was ok (better early than late). They were very friendly and went right to work. Due to layout of house, they had to carry from garage to front door but they didn't complain in the least. Due to location of the door to upstairs room, they had to remove it in order to move the machinery (door is fire rated so very heavy). Treadmill is also awkward and heavy,, they struggled with it for about 15 minutes but in the end did a great job with absolutely no damage to equipment or to walls/doors. Great guys!

We previously used Cross Town Movers for a local move, but this time we just needed some large, heavy furniture moved among rooms. In both cases, they did a superb job, showing up on time, completing the job quickly and carefully, and acting professionally throughout. Highly recommended.

The two-man team consisted of a young man, who seemed to get stuck with most of the heavy lifting and stair climbing, and an older guy who spent a lot of time talking about his many years of experience while not really carrying his share of the load. He spent lots of time contemplating just how to get everything perfectly packed in the truck, all the time complaining that they weren't prepared for the amount of stuff I had. The young guy made lots of trips up and down the stairs, but he didn't seem to be efficient in the way he brought things down. What was supposed to have been a 2 or 3 hour job turned into eight hours, thus costing me way more than I had anticipated.

They were excellent. Their prices are a little high.

I packed all of our things. They did all of the loading and unloading. They did a good job.

Overall, the job went on very well. They were prompt. I had used them before too. Their staff was very courteous and very professional, and I thought their price was reasonable for what they were doing.

They took all of my husbands books and put them on the shelf. The leader was very good. They only broke one thing. They offered to repair it and I said I would fix it.

Wonderful experience. They were very responsive, they gave us some packing supplies, called to see how things were doing, the estimate was within 200 lbs.

we had to move our two bedroom household to a new home. the crew arrived on time. they were cheerful and presentable. luckily they had some supplies that we had run out of including tape and boxes. the crew pitched right in at a good pace. i only wish the estimate could have been more accurate. the entire move took almost twice as long as expected.

two young guys showed up at the storage unit 15 minutes early. They packed their truck pretty efficiently it seemed to me. I was a little concerned about our small piano and as I was explaining how the little wheels couldn't rollover any obstructions, they picked it up and put it on the lift to the truck! Since it was a short distance they delivered from the storage unit and then went to the apartment for the second load. They were friendly and efficient and put our belongings carefully in the house where we asked.

This was a professional and stress-free move from start to finish. The estimate came in right on target, the movers were prompt, considerate and competent. I've moved many times before and this was my best experience ever.

Overall I was happy and will use them again in the future.

They movers were very professional, careful and efficient. We provided them with sandwiches and coffee throughout the day which seemed to keep morale up. Our belongings ended up staying in storage at their facility for 2 1/2 weeks until we were able to close on our new home 100 miles away in Portland, OR. Again, the movers they sent were very professional, careful and efficient. We are still in the process of unpacking (about 75% unpacked) and have only discovered one item that was damaged. The items that I cared most about were carefully packed and arrived in perfect condition. The overall pricing they gave us seemed fair although the fee for storage increased dramatically after the first week from $100/week to $75/day. I would recommend negotiating ahead of time contingency plans and have it in writing for unexpected delays because of delays in closing etc.

It cost me about $300 to move. It was all done in about three hours. It was very good. They were prompt, courteous and there was zero damage. They were helpful in moving a couple of additional things that I had inside the house that I needed to move after the delivery was made. The price seemed very fair.
