Jeff did a very comprehensive inspection and was very good at going over his inspection and any recommendations. It gave us great peace of mind knowing that Jeff had literally left no stone unturned in looking over the property and his professional expertise assured us that the property was in the condition we hoped it would be. I can't speak highly enough of the service, courtesy and through, patient response to our questions. Highly recommend for your property inspection!

Description of Work: The gentleman who I called believed owned the business and answered the first phone call I made. His name is Jeff White. I am from Souther Calif. Needing a Home Inspection In Central Oregon (Mapleton) so you are talking about trust? OH MY GOD was i worried to say the least! |So I spoke to Jeff on the phone he went over what he would provide, and how he would prepare the report, as well as his costs and payment options. | Meanwhile I was able to read a Home Inspection conducted by a "Out Of Business" Company performed 3 years prior. There charges then were $365 |Jeff went out there on Memorial Day (No extra Charge) gave me a quick call to tell me the house I was purchasing was in great condition w/a few items needing attention. These items would be included in the report I received two days later. | |The Report: Jeff provided a full report in detail,equipped w/a table of contents, via email which included pictures and recommendations that were so helpful. I compared this to the previous Inspection and what a difference! Jeff was well worth the price and trustworthy beyond belief!!
