Incredibly efficient team of 3 people spent one day prepping( Power washing , replacing of rotted trim, removing rotted porch columns) and one day painting entire house. Promptness and an acute attention to the finest detail left me more than pleased. After they were done they cleaned up entire area leaving no trace that they were ever there.

Certa, the office staff and the workers at our house were absolutely amazing. They were as professional and meticulous in their work as we have every experienced. I will hire them first for all of my painting projects!

Painters showed up on time and were very efficient and detailed. Did everything they could to make it convenient to use kitchen by dinner time. Bid process was thorough and detailed walkthrough was done before bid. Office staff was great and I was really happy with the experience.

End result was nice (wall was painted) but horrible customer service, high prices and the rest of the process was so painful and unnecessary. Many layers of staff in this organization and few people actually doing work. This company seems to be more concerned about status than getting the work done in a reasonable and timely manner. Promises not kept. The scheduling was a nightmare. I recommend you use a different company.

Changed color on cabinets. Finished product looked great! Painter was conscientious about prep work. There was a lot of prep work due to large open area. Would hire again for interior or exterior painting.

Amazing! I'm not even sure that word does it justice. Brand new construction, Michael, came out and gave me a bid within 24 hours, which was very reasonable, and within our budget. The job was to caulk, and paint the entire exterior of house, as well the kitchen cabinets for our island which were incorrectly "stained" where they should have been a dark grey, they arrived as a light brown. Michael provided quotes for both aspects of the job. Matt, and his team met us on site at the start of day 1, reviewed our color choices/locations, and fully understood the job. The execution was brilliant, it took a bit, due to weather delay (can't paint in the rain) and the fact that this was new construction, the house was VERY thirsty. The end result is fantastic, the kitchen island, came out fantastic, the house looks amazing, and we could not be happier!

We were impressed with our painter. He was on time, personable, thorough, professional, and did an excellent job painting the exterior of our home. The paint consultant was also on time, helpful, and very professional. We are very happy with the end result.

With the exception of smelling a small amount of cigarette smoke on painting day and finding a small amount of cigarette ashes left on our patio, the paint crew was professional, friendly and accommodating. They worked late to complete the prep and painting of our 1340 sq. ft. home in one day's time, which they did after graciously moving a few items away from the house that we had forgotten.

It went very well. The sales associate, Jeff, was right on time to meet us and very personable. It was a pleasure working with him. The painters did a very good job and were very nice to us when discussing the job and how it was going. They did an excellent job on the texturizing of a section of walls that were not primed previously. We are very happy with our new paint job! Thanks to the painters, Jeff and CertaPro.

We posted a project on porch.com and that very day received a call from CertaPro Painters for a bid. The turn-around time was very fast and we were always kept in the loop through emails. David and his co-worker showed up on time and worked hard all day in a very small bathroom. They not only had to paint walls and ceiling, but did patch-work as well. They left at 4:00 with a job very well done. They took care to carefully tape everything so paint would not get on fixtures. The project looks great. We would recommend them for any project.

Wonderful. They literally came within 1 week of accepting their bid and painted my hos top to bottom plus doors and trim. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the great job they did.

They responded quickly to request for bid, did work as requested, arrive promptly on schedule and completed job before rainy season.

The crew showed up every morning at about the same time and got to work. David was meticulous about taking care to prepare surfaces before they were painted. Examples were the back gutter that needed sanding and the post on the porch that had previously been unpainted. The post is a real focal point now and adds class to the porch. Overall, they were efficient and organized about getting the job done, particularly before it rained. They were successful in achieving that goal, which was greatly appreciated.

I chose to have our interior painting done with Certipro because of their many positive online reviews. After making the commitment, I worried if I had made the right choice as it seemed that maybe Certipro was a franchise and some of the reviews might have been in cities that were not applicable to me here in Eugene, Oregon. As it turned out my experience working with Certipro was extremely positive. All of the folks working on my project were responsive to my needs, pleasant to have in my house and did a great job and were very efficient. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to hire them in the future. My only small suggestion is that it seemed that they use a boiler plate contract and I would have appreciated if the details were more specific to my situation. This caused a bit of confusion as to the type of paint they were going to use and the number of coats. Overall, I am very pleased with the outcome.

Cathy (business owner and office contact) was great and VERY helpful. Chad came soon after our call to walk around the house and provide an estimate which was very reasonable for our area. His estimate was thorough and spelled out all elements of a potential contract, work to be done, kind of paint that would be used, and other details. After examining three bids, we sent with Certapro of Eugene-Salem. Our home is 1600 square feet with a roof-covered ground-level back deck. Most of our home is accessible ground level except one area of the home situated over a basement/street-level garage which means a lot of time and care was needed to paint that one living room wall and window not reachable except by extension ladders. We chose a yellow for the main paint (Sherwin-Williams Banana Cream) and white trim (also Sherwin-Williams), the company Certapro typically uses; that was great because two stores lie within easy driving so we could try sample yellows on the house (in various locations to see the colors in shadow and bright daylight) to be sure we were choosing a color we liked. Mike and Chad showed up right on time the day we were scheduled for painting for a walk-through and confirmation of colors and where paint would be applied and other details about working together clarified. Mike began right away with power-washing siding and trim. The team let that dry over-night, an important step so surface would be completely dry. The second day, Mike (later joined by additional team members) taped and covered light fixtures, windows, back sliding door, garage windows, secured some loose trim, caulked some seams around windows where caulking needed refreshing, and team sprayed the main yellow paint on house. Because the prep work was so well done, the spraying went pretty fast. Spraying also makes a lovely even coat on the various wood surfaces we have on the home: a ceiling area over a large 10X30 deck, horizontal cedar siding, vertical wood siding from main house up to the roof gables, soffits and metal downspouts. Third day: a team of 4-5 finished trim paint and went back over main yellow paint in a few places where it was needed for full coverage. They cleaned up very well and treated our property with respect. Each team member was easy to work with. Mike went around the house with us to be sure final job was up to our satisfaction. We are delighted. House is completely refreshed with new paint, and we enjoyed working with the painting crew and with Cathy and Chad. Paint crew cleaned up thoroughly after work.

CertaPro did a great job, from bid to job completion. Chad was great and Cathy did a great job of keeping in touch. I appreciated how they wrote the bid so I could see what the house looked like after it was power washed to make a go/no go decision on painting the soffits.
