Literally next day service John was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was able to retrieve critical data from a dead laptop for me and found creative use for spare parts. I was so impressed and would recommend his services to everyone.

I had broken charging ports. John cleaned the one that was in better shape. He was able to charge up the computer. However, John said the charging ports were attached to the mainframe and couldn't be replaced. Thus, it would have cost more to fix than to buy a new computer. This was a 15" AcerChromebook.

John expertly installed our Century Link router, cleaned up malware on our computer, and we'd have him back in a heartbeat. He's knowledgeable, efficient, and a ton of fun!

John was wonderful. He helped me with my new computer as well as my printer and cell phone. I am 87 years old, so that was not an easy task. And I was very surprised at how little he charged. Thank you, John.

I was really wanting help cleaning up my computer because I've never learned HOW TO USE IT. John was incredibly over qualified for what I needed and that's my fault. I should have asked more questions before making an appointment because I could have found a cheaper way to get my questions answered. That being said, he was very patient and cheerful w a frustrated ME , AND I would 100% hire him for more complex issues.
