I think they do a good job, and he and his crew are dependable, but it has felt from the beginning like Dan is not interested in trying to figure out how to make things work for the customer (unless, I suspect, you have unlimited money to work with). It's a kind of slightly arrogant and quot;take it or leave itand quot; vibe I get from him, and I'm pretty sure it's because he DOESN'T actually care whether he has my business or not! Fair enough. Since in the summer I don't water my yard, there is almost no grass to mow or haul, so I thought I could use some of the and quot;timeand quot; of mowing and hauling high green grass to weeding a little in a couple of beds. But no, not unless he doesn't mow at all. To me, that's flat out inflexible and unwilling to meet a customer halfway. In addition, potential customers should know that he sees dumping Round-Up on weeds as The Solution. I believe Round-Up should not even be SOLD, so this has also become a barrier to my working with him any longer. I understand that Round-Up is easiest for him, and probably cheapest for me. However, I have to be able to look my grandchildren in the eyes in the years ahead and tell them that yes, I tried. For those reasons, I will be looking for someone else.

He keeps my yard looking nice. He will tell me things that I need with no pressure at all. He does a really good job. He has men that work with them as well that do a good job. They come on their own, do good work, and then leave. I highly recommend him. If there is anything extra that I need done, he will come right out. You name it he can do it. Very ethical. He doesn't do anything without talking to me first.
