I hired this company to clean up a rental property that had been neglected. I thought the team was doing a good job however, after they left I found several un-clean places, including the toilets, window sill, and kitchen floors. I had to spend hours cleaning after them. The bill was also $200 more than the estimate. I made SEVERAL attempts through email, phone, and text to contact the owner to discuss the bill. She only responded with a text saying she takes the summer off to be with her kids. She only lowered the bill after I sent photos of the poor quality of the work. If you want a company that does quality work and communicates I would steer clear of this one.

The crew worked all day. There were at least six ladies. They did a thorough job. We were delighted and grateful. I plan on using Broomstick Enterprises again.

Excellently well. I provided a list of things that I wanted to have cleaned by the end of the session - all these were done, and done well.

I'd say they did an ok job. It was worth doing so that way we could move in but I'm finding missed spots all over the house. Window tracks still have construction debree, base boards are dirty, some cabinets were not wiped out. Nothing crazy just not really thorough.

Very efficient and professional. They have been to the house twice and both times several girls showed up to do the work. They were very responsive to working with us using our special cleaners and cleaning towels for the stainless appliances, glass top stove and tile flooring. The owner responds quickly via text messaging (my preferred method of communication.) I would highly recommend this company for your cleaning needs.

Broomstick cleans my house every two weeks. They do a great job. I love coming home and having the whole house clean.

We have had Sandy's crew cleaning our home for almost five years now. While they may not be the cheapest provider in town, they're fair... I believe it's $25/person/hour. They do an exceptionally thorough job. We have them come in every other week to clean bathrooms, floors, counter tops and to dust. They come in with a crew of 3 usually. We have NEVER had a problem with any breakage or missing items. All of the ladies seem to be Hispanic. They speak pretty good English and they've helped me a little with my Spanish. They are very grateful for gratuities. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Prompt, diligent, personable. A few areas could have been a bit more thorough, but overall, we were very satisfied.

They just do an excellent job, cleaning my house, and the owner is very responsive if I have special needs, scheduling problems, etc. I will continue using their services again in the future if I need to.

The contact person came and went through the house with us and we explained what we wanted done. The initial cleaning the cleaners were not english speaking and therefore a problem for us to tell them what to do. Second visit we had an english speaking cleaner and yet she never asked us to check the work or ask us if there was anything else to be done. I asked her if the curio cabinet had been dusted and she said yes, however it had not been done an some of the pictures on shelves had not been moved and dusted under. The price was high for the service preformed.

They do a really good job. They are very trustworthy.

There are 3-4 people that come and I think they are excellent. They do a wonderful job, they are punctual and reliable. They are very nice people and very responsive if I need to talk to them about anything.
