Brian and crew were very professional and worked around our needs. They kept everything neat and clean and cleaned up afterwards. The work was done professionally to code and looks very good. The removes are old aluminum windows with storm windows and installed new vinyl pain with trim. Everything was caulked and flashed properly. I would recommend them and would also hire them again for a future project.

Brian has repaired our siding, installed a door and re-furbished/painted our shed. He was on time every day and did great work. He was clean and conscientious. His apprentice, Andrew is also top notch. I would highly recommend him. Great guy to work with. Donna adds: They checked on things with me as they were doing the jobs, let me know what re-furbishing needed to be done. Left the yard tidied up for next day finishing the 2-day job. Left the yard very cleaned up after completing the jobs on the door and shed. Very careful of our plants; and surrounding areas, not to get paint on them, or nearby items. I concur with Iain saying I would recommend them for jobs like this and many others. In a previous request, Brian fixed a broken piece of our vinyl house siding previous to this and did a super repair job for it to protect the house. This is how we came to know the quality work he does. Good job guys!. ;)

Honest, Punctual,Diligent. All work was done with the highest caliber of craftsmanship. Brian is exceptional in an field of endeavor that is littered with the less than capable and less than honorable. I will use him with anything that might arrive in the future.

We moved and used the Brian Patrick Building for several projects in our old and new houses. They replaced the rotting floor next to the shower, preserved the existing vinyl floor and trim, and caulked the shower door to prevent further damage; replaced rotten exterior window trim and patio post trim; replaced rotten siding, framing and insulation on an exterior wall; repaired indoor window trim; painted several bedrooms (walls, ceiling, and accent walls); removed built-in cabinet and installed new base trim; replaced missing caulking in flooring, etc. These guys can do it all. They were always on time, friendly, and did great work. Their attention to detail is second to none, and all projects were completed by his estimated time frame. I felt comfortable leaving them alone in my houses for days and I enjoyed their conversations when I was home. They never got paint on our wood trim, and they clean up after themselves. Brians my new go-to guy for all major projects around the house now.

Replaced a sliding glass door and repaired some dry rot. installed new trim and painted. Polite, on time, met his estimate and left project totally cleaned. this will be 'OUR GUY' for home maintenance and repairs
