My extended team at Windermere Real Estate/Lane County consists of four principal brokers and seven office support staff. My Service area is centered on Eugene and Springfield Oregon, extending to the surrounding area encompassing Lane County, but not including the coastal communities. My background prior to real estate includes fifteen years experience in marketing and advertising, and four years as a licensed residential remodeling contractor in Washington and Oregon. Home Buyer representation: Demonstrated results helping people buy the right home, at a good value, with minimal stress and risk. I utilize an effective, methodical process to help you achieve your goal: finding and purchasing the home that meets your needs. My services are provided at no cost to home buyers. Home Seller representation: I utilize effective strategies and tactics to help homeowners achieve their goal—getting the home sold in the right time frame, for the best possible price. My service fees for home sellers are based on competitive real estate listing commission rates.

Like I said, Bobby was AWESOME!! He helped me find and close on a beautiful foreclosure in 3 weeks, start to finish. In every way he went above and beyond. He made it clear he really cared about helping me make a BIG decision and feel happy and right about it. He helped take the stress out of the process and was very patient and generous with his time for this first time home buyer.
Description of Work: Bobby was awesome and I would recommend him to anyone who is buying a home. His responses to e-mails and phone calls were almost immediate. He put together a beautiful, well made and professional price comparison document without being requested. He made himself available around my work schedule to show me homes and to meet at his office to complete various paperwork. He patiently explained the home buying process to me ( a first time and very inexperienced buyer) and gave me as much time as I needed to discuss questions. He promptly completed all paperwork for offers and counter offers and was able to close the deal on a foreclosure in just 3 weeks start to finish! He set up and attended the inspections. He went with me to the closing. He helped me get an incredible house for an unbelievable price. In every way went above and beyond!!
