Description of Work: They contacted me and told me it was time to pump my tanks. They said they had on record that I had a 1500 gallon tank. Then they were confused when I told them that we had two septic tanks. Turns out that the newest tank had two compartments that should have been pumped, and they only pumped one side. A month later the pump gave out on the other side of the tank and so I called another company to come see what is wrong. They informed me that the tank was not properly pumped as one side had not been done, (the side with the waste water pump)

Description of Work: They came and pumped our septic tank in a timely manner and were a pleasure to work with.We have 2 septic tanks on our property and they checked the 2nd one for free. They were honest with us about whether or not we should pump it that day or if we could delay it for awhile. I appreciated their honesty and service.

Description of Work: Pumped septic tank, cleaned inlet pipe and outlet pipe, installed riser to elevate tank opening, to facilitate future cleanings. Their employee, whose name is Sir [odd name but very efficient and hard working] finished digging up the lid [ I had started] at no additional charge. He explained to me what he found and how he fixed it throughout the entire process, including entering the tank and manually cleaning the inlet baffle prior to jet cleaning [a pressure washer with a special nozzle] A completely saisfactory experience for me. My wife said " They can't pay that guy enough" I agree. Job well done.

 + -1 moreGreat company. The driver called to tell me he had a truck problem and would be about 30 minutes late, but he was on-site only 20 nminutes late. He did a complete job and also talked to me about taking care of the septic system on the property I had just purchased. I will keep them in my file ffor annual inspections. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

 + -1 moreMy tank was due for cleaning. My coworker recommended this business, which he had used before. I called. John answered on his cell phone in his truck. When I told him where I lived, he said he was on his way to my area already, and could come to do the job in about an hour. I called home to tell my wife to expect him. He came, pumped the tank, inspected it, accepted a check, and was off in short order. My wife said he was polite and professional. I did not check pricing before asking for the work to be done, or call other businesses to shop a comparative price. From that lack of information I have answered the ratings questions related to price and value neutrally. Price was $310 for the pumping/inspection service and 1500 gallons x $0.18/gal = $270 for disposal.
