We had our area rugs taken up in Nov. and returned to us cleaned in Dec. The team from Atiyeh's were on time, genial, and they worked fast. They asked specific questions of us regarding both the rugs they were taking away and the carpet cleaning - these jobs were done by two different teams on two different days, but they had clearly communicated with one another by the time the carpet cleaning fellow showed up. The carpets they cleaned were dry very quickly and still feel and smell great. A great way to start the winter season. The edge sealing on one area rug had to be done in Portland, where they told us all repairs are done (even though we live in Eugene where Atiyeh's has a store). That added maybe a week to the time when our rugs were returned but it was well worth it. The job is a perfect match, makes the rug look new, and will extend its useful life. We were well treated by everyone we met and everyone we spoke with on the phone. I found their web site videos and descriptions of what they do and how they do it to be very helpful as well. We will definitely use this business again.

Excellent service. The initial visit and estimate was conducted very professionally and cordially. The technician who performed the work was punctual, informative about the process and explained what we needed to do after the work was done. The results of the work are outstanding. The carpet looks brand new, after not having been shampooed for several years. We will definitely use Atiyeh Bros in the future.
