Description of Work: My 40 year old electric drop in stove had a switch go bad. I called At Your Service, explaining my problem. The scheduler than asked for the stove model number so she could be sure to have the parts on hand. Jay, the repair person, showed up on time, was courteous, informative and skilled at problem solving. The next month my stove once again had problems so I called to have Jay come back. He was able to diagnose the new problem quickly and get back with the proper parts the following week. Jay's ability to fix my stove kept me from a kitchen remodel given stove's are larger these days and it would have meant remodeling my cabinets.
