We didn't have them correct the initial issue because our home warranty covered that using a different provider (who were effective but abysmally slow - hence the reason we called Associated to see if it was a cheap issue we wanted to cover ourselves; it was not.) But we did have them return and do a full service on the system, because the warranty-selected provider only does the bare minimum to get the system running. Associated did a great job and seemed to have competitive pricing. We signed up for their regular service program and look forward to working with them more as time goes on.

Got off to a shaky start with scheduling because of a miscommunication, but when work was begun all went well. Very knowledgeable HVAC serviceman, courteous, did a great job. Went beyond expectation, and did all they could to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Would highly recommend this company. Just make sure they know exactly the time frame, and whether you'll be at a phone to verify start time etc.

Unlike any other service/technicians, these folks always have arrived right on time, if not sometimes early! Ivan found the problem within 10 minutes of his arrival, and explained it. Offered a (very reasonable - whew!) price, and started fixing my heat pump immediately. I have done business with this company since 2003, and always recommend them highly.

It worked out wonderful! The system is quiet, easy to use, and it is much better than the old system that I had before. I do not have to worry about the cold in the winter and the heat in the summer it just quietly takes care of it. They stayed late into the late to complete the job.

He did a fantastic job. He was very polite & wore those little booties. When I said I was concerned about using cleaning products in my house because I have birds he switched to just using water to flush out the screens. I would definitely use them again.

Be careful with this company! Their contract, website, and advertising says they have a 100% satisfaction money-back guarantee, but they have a little check-box on the contract that negates that guarantee. Make sure you thoroughly go over your contract, or you may be fooled like I was. The system they installed has never functioned satisfactorily or as promised, and they have refused to honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee. I feel Associated lied to us, tricked us, and installed a poor system.

He had us sign up for the Comfort Club and we saved additional costs on that same day service. He also came out on a Sunday with no additional charge!! I would highly recommend them.

It went fine. It actually took them a little while to respond and not as quickly as it indicated they would. Then once they did respond I needed a little bit of while beyond that to actually make the appointment but everything went quite well. They did what they were supposed to do for $79 and then I did need some refrigerants; so it cost more. Then I also paid for the next year, so it cost more. They were fine. They came out and did a good job. They were very polite. The reason I chose them was because they got the best rating on Angie’s List and they had a coupon. The price was good. There was no surprise for what their regular rates are without the Angie’s List coupon. I bought the service for next year, so I paid full price for that and it was a fair amount but their price in general is good. So it was about $120 or $130.

Contracted for the installation on Jul 1, and installation was started and completed on Jul 3. From the initial telephone inquiry, through the evaluation and contracting, and through installation, everyone was professional, yet personal. Each person treated the purchase and installation as if it was being done for her or his own home. Very satisfied with the project from start to finish.

They just came out today. He does what he feel is well. They came on time, friendly, and professional. He got right done the business and clears what he was going to do and what he did.
