Description of Work: Installed gas heat and AC (replaced ceiling heat). Had to put everything in the attic due to limited crawl space and access. They had to come back and fix a few minor things the inspector did not like. Had to come back to do some readjusting on the settings and flow. Works great.

Description of Work: The bid was to replace and upgrade my heating and air conditioning system. Once I selected them to do the work, the process started poorly. They were supposed to call me before they arrived on the date of the installation so I could let them in. We discussed this 3 times before the installation date. The installation date came and they did not call. Instead they called me after arriving to find no one at the house. What was supposed to be a 1 day job turned into a multi-day job. Apparently, the estimator did not notice the type of roof in the 2 visits to the site. And so it required some specialized work for the venting. | |And when that was completed, there was some mis-communication within their business about wrapping up the process. It was described to me in a certain way and was not done that way. | |They worked hard to overcome these issues and I liked their work and attitude. It just seems with a little better internal communication it could have been a smoother process and yes, more efficient for them.
