They gave me some choices of products, they were accurate in their estimate, they handled all of the paperwork for my local utility rebate and they gave me the paperwork that I will need for income credit on my taxes at the end of the year. They came out when they said they were going to, they installed everything in one day, it works, and they did everything they said they were going to for the price they said they would do it for. They arranged all of the inspections that had to occur before the job was considered complete by the local building inspection people. They did everything in a timely manner and their people were very careful about the environment in which they were working; they didn’t track mud into the house or anything. I am very satisfied with the job they did. Having your heat system is an expensive thing and no one wants to pay what they have to pay. For professionalism I would rate them A+.

From the original estimate visit to now over a year later I could not be happier with the service provided by Associated Heating. They are always professional, clean, timely and very nice. They are very knowledgeable and I'm so glad I followed their advice to convert and install a very efficient unit, the investment was certainly worthwhile. I highly recommend their services.

Nick was professional and friendly; he gave us information for prevention, such as where and how to change the filters and options for types of filters; he explained everything he did. This was a very good overall experience. I would have Nick come back for the next inspection.

They are great. They are professional and knowledgeable, and they let me know exactly what was going to happen before hand. Everything went really well. They kept me apprised of the work as they went along, they got me all of the paperwork for the rebate, and they supplied contractors like the plumber and electrician. They were clear about what they could and couldn?t do and they did a follow-up call. I would highly recommend them.

They gave me 3 estimates with tax rebate information based on the fuel efficiency of the furnace. This gave me options to decide on the best furnace and air conditioner for me. They showed up on time and worked for 10 hours. They were very courteous, friendly and they cleaned up after themselves. They supplied paperwork in a timely fashion. I would recommend them to others.

My old system was giving me increasing problems and was installed in 1989. With a week they had the new system installed and returned repeatedly to tweak things for a few months. Now it is just a yearly check

Everyone - from the initial representative to the person who answered phones to the people who arrived to install the pump - was friendly and professional. The work was done quickly and the area was left clean and neat. They also had arranged for inspection immediately after they completed the work, so everything went smoothly. Very professional. Would certainly use them again.

They were really good. They removed the old furnace and then installed the new one. They also changed the ducting and some drain pipes. I didn?t get a lot of quotes for the job and so I think that the price charged was pretty good.

Brian came in and gave me an estimate. Very pleasant and professional, also a very nice kid. I decided Associated would be my choice. Hooked my up with Brandy at the office to get paper work started. Explained to her that we were without any other heat source. She called another client who was just getting an update on her system and got our installation pushed ahead...yay Brandy! David and crew showed up on install day and went to work. It was all done in a very professional manner. They did the install, explained everything and cleaned up. I think my garage looked cleaner when they left then when they got there. Brandy also sent all the paperwork I needed for federal and state tax credits. Thanks guys, you made a daunting task easy to deal with.

They sales rep, Justin was very helpful, professional and informative. The installers arrived promptly, introduced themselves and were very professional and polite through out the entire job.

Jesse has been here before, and he is a complete professional. He is straightforward, and works quickly and neatly. Here on time, and very very pleasant. Some nice things have been said about him on Angie's List, and he deserves every single good word of it. I wish they gave an Angie's List discount and suggested he run that by their office, hope he did. If having the best experience is worth anything to you, call this company, and pray they can hold on to him.

This is the second time we have called on Associated Heating and A/C to fix our gas furnaces (this time it was the upstairs unit and, on 01/16/2009 they came to fix our downstairs furnace). On both occasions the job was very efficiently carried out, starting with the alert receptionist who took our call and followed by a same-day service call by their field engineer, who was courteous and efficient in diagnosing the problem and fixing it. As a result I have rated them an overall A and have no hesitation in recommending their service to anyone and will call on them at the next occasion. I have given them a "B" rating in the "Price" category in order to alert them to an improvement they might consider in their invoicing: On each of the two occasions that we used their services the charge for labor was $79, which was reasonable and expected, but the major cost was for parts ($477 for a control board back on 01/16/2009 and $189 for the hot surface igniter on this most recent job). I have no reason to believe that these charges are unreasonable, but they are presented without any documentation on the invoices so that there is no way of knowing the real cost of the parts.

The tech inspected the unit and gave me some troubleshooting advice, recommending I replace the thermostat rather than the furnace as a first step.

I purchased a home that had not had much maintenance done. First Jessie came out and we talked about a new system for furnace and AC. He quoted me a price, and after thinking about it, I decided I did not want to spend that much money. So I called back, and asked that they do a maintenance on the system instead. No problem. Jessie came out and he knew an incredible amount about heating and cooling! He did the maintenance, no questions asked. He was professional, easy to talk to, and excellent representative of the company.

This company is exceptional. They took out the existing ducts on Monday and came back Thursday (we had two other contractors do some foundation and insulation Tues.-Thurs. morning) to put in the new flexible duct system. They worked a long day on Friday to make sure we had heat by the weekend. We knew the work conditions weren't ideal, but these guys never complained, or cursed under the floor like the insulation guys and always had a good attitude.

A technician named Jesse came to our house, checked and did maintenance on the system and installed a new thermostat. He told us a number of things that we didn't know about how the system works and how to maintain it. He really seemed to know his stuff and was very personable.

Came out in the afternoon of the day we called. Found the problem and temporarily fixed it with a ''generic'' igniter since they did not have one for our brand furnace. Came back in 2 days with correct part and replaced the temporary igniter. Always kept us posted as to their arrival times and any delays. Very pleasant and efficient.
