Description of Work: First, and not included in the above, we purchased two of the big Deals for air-conditioner and heatpump tuneup, great price of $79 each. We discovered the previous homeowners have used this company for many years as well as having them install one of the newer heat pumps. That really increased my confidence. I ended up subscribing to their club after determining that it was not a scam but a really good deal. I bought a year's supply of electrostatic air filters for one unit at $106. Then, I had a replacement of the capacitor on one of the heat pumps, also $106. If the worker's inspection had not discovered this rather minor repair, the whole unit would've shut down totally. When I need to get a new unit for the older one, I will certainly consult with this company.

Description of Work: The Tech removed the controller on my HEAT PUMP then said that it didn't work, when I got a friend out here, we removed the back panel on the heat pump then is when I called the President of the Company, who I had been told was in Hawaii, he called the next day, his people had lied to me, he came out with what he said was MY controller part, replaces it, told me how terribly sorry he was, refunded the initial service call fee....did they fix it? NO, do I believe them, NO, do they lie, YES. DO NOT do business with this COMPANY....please!!

Description of Work: We have a yearly maintenance contract. They make an appointment and show up promptly to clean filters test gas furnace and air conditioner and make any adjustments necessary. We have been with them for fifteen years and have no complaints

Description of Work: Once again, I called them. This time because the AC was not working. Jessie, as before, quickly figured it out , and replaced my thermostat. He presented different options on this job, and of replacing my very old system. He presented costs for several options, not pressuring me to do anything but what I wanted. Wonderful "just the facts" presentation from him with no pressure to do or not do any of it. Rare.
