simply put: We had BUGS, The Bug Man got rid of them. Plus Ryan explained every step in the process. Professional, Courteous, He knows his job and he is good at it.

We had bait traps initially installed, we were asked to buy our own sticky traps incase these things broke through the walls. Although it took a month for the mice to die or go away, NO ONE HAS COME BACK TO OUR HOUSE AND MY HOUSE STINKS! We've called, we've asked out landlord to follow up, they say they are coming and they DON'T! they have 4times given a different time they would show up and how the routine time schedules should be, but they don't come to their own schedule. We had a dead mouse, we called and told them, because it was a holiday they said they doubted they could get any of their servicemen out, so we removed it ourselves! They said they would have a tech show up after the holiday, nope, we're still waiting. We just want communication.

Their work was horrible - they failed to resolve the issue and were incredibly rude on the phone. Totally unprofessional. After the technician left, I found several areas with mouse droppings that they never noticed and did nothing to resolve. I ended up having to go and buy my own equipment, which resolved the issue for way less money and more quickly. Ask the Bug Man is a total rip-off with terrible customer service - avoid using this company.

Had a beetle problem and called to schedule appointment. We had 3 visits. Every single visit they forgot our appointment and then would act confused about the appointment even though it was the same person we talked with on the phone to schedule. They would agree to send someone out but it would be hours after scheduled time. We ultimately ended up going with another company who was able to identify source of problem and eliminate it in 2 visits.

He was great. He was very knowledgeable. He puts your mind at ease on what's going to happen and when it's going to happen and that everything will be rectified in a matter of time.

He was nice. But I believe he charged us to do nothing. Really.... Nothing

They called us monthly to schedule an appointment. If we thought we did not need it they would not come out. Service is great. Do not have a contract like other companies.

Still have ants. I have called Dylan, who works for Dave, 5 times and he does not respond. I am assuming they no longer want our business.

Their price is reasonable. They were reliable and effective. They were good.

The first time I called him, we had spiders and then after that I decided to have him every month. I called him recently because my brother came to visit from Texas and you can’t leave Texas without hitch hiking roaches. So we saw a couple of baby roaches and they came immediately and took care of that. Anytime I call, they are either there that day or the next morning. They are excellent. They do a good job and they are effective. They come when I need them. Sometimes they come that day and sometimes the next day and they do an excellent job and it’s affordable.

It went fine so far! He was on time and always answers his phone. He was very professional.

Service provider arrived unprepared to deal with the rodent issue. He expected to be able to easily set traps around the perimeter of the house. We have a deck on the back of our house which prevented easy access to set the traps. Provider did not have a "crawl suit" to set traps around the perimeter under the house. He did set four traps in a crawl space that could easily be set without crawling under the house. In subsequent calls, provider never asked about the rodent problem but always wanted to come and spray for insects, even though that wasn't an issue at our home. Every month we received a call to let us know that they planned to come and spray for insects which would have been an additional fee each month. Since most pests are not active during the winter, we did not need a monthly spray service. If you want someone to just come out to your house and spray for insects, then this provider is probably adequate. However, I do not recommend them for rodent control. Today, when I talked with the provider he indicated we should continue to put traps out whether we purchased them from him or bought them from the store. He seemed indifferent to putting any additional effort into ridding the house of the rodents. Since we could easily do what he did, I saw no need to continue the service with them. I canceled all future services and do not plan to use them in the future. There are other pest management companies in the area that I feel confident could do a much better job than "Ask the Bug Man." I'm quite disappointed because this company was rated very good on Angie's list.

My first experience with these folks was over a year ago when I had an infestation of flies on the inside and outside of the house. They were able to fix that in quick order - then we signed up for their monthly service so we could avoid this and other problems in the future. We live a bit out in the country so we get insects and critters of all kinds. They call each time before they come out and work both inside and out.

Can't say I was overly impressed with the response, I guess it could save me some money but it seems a little sleazy.

I appreciated being able to reach them on Saturday and their quick response to action. Committed to "buying local," am happy they are a locally owned family & friend business. They were friendly in process. I came home today, and the only sign that they were here was the absence of the yellow-jackets, who wreaked havoc on me this summer. I only wish I would have called sooner! They were friendly and responsive

Very informative and honest. Provided a list of things we could do as alternatives to pest control. Should I have any pest issues in the future, I will definitely call Ask The Bug Man first.

It's a little difficult to make an assessment this soon after treatment. We won't really know how effective it was until some time has passed. That's why I clicked N/A for 'quality'; I just don't know yet, although there does seem to be a decline in the number of sightings in the house since then.

He came out to see about my rodent problem. He went out of his way to come see me. He informed me that I could do the job myself. I was happy with his honesty.
