I moved into a house that needed bathroom and laundry room exhaust fans repaired. My home buyers' protection insurance covered them and assigned this company. They took the fan motors, had them rebuilt and reinstalled them. There seemed to be confusion both on the initial call and return. Also, they didn't seem to be terribly well organized. I also received a bill for the full amount and had to remind them that this was through the home protection plan company, with whom they have a contract. In the end the work was completed satisfactorily, but the fans are really loud, but that might not be their fault. BTW, I used them over a year ago at a different house to install a 220v line for spa and the work was fine, but the cost was above the high end of the range he told me.
Description of Work: There was a bathroom exhaust fan that did not work, another that took around 30 seconds to get up to speed and a laundry room exhaust fan that did not work. The repairman took less than 15 minutes to pop them out so he could take them to be rebuilt. When he returned, he put them in quickly and they worked fine, but are incredibly loud.

The work was done in the ceiling, so it was not an easy job. The first guy that came to do it messed everything up and did a terrible job. The boss came out and fixed everything, but it took them a long time to call me back. When the boss came out, the work was done correctly.
Description of Work: They fixed a light that needed to be rewired.
