Description of Work: Alpine was able to send a tech out within 24 hours of my call to them... the other company was going to be 7 days! James, the tech was simply amazing! He was very thorough, found and fixed the problem quickly and took the time to explain a few things for me all for the price of the service call and no additional charges for the extra service.

Description of Work: Excellent service. Alpine technician James made a thorough inspection of the heat pump and electric furnace at my house. He found that the heat pump freon charge was low and added freon. My heat pump was last checked 5+ years ago. Everything works good now. The bill was satisfactory at $145.75. Thank you James.

Description of Work: Replaced indoor filter an blower capacitor. I have used Alpine another time also. They reconnected communication lines on a Mitsubishi ductless heat pump. |Prompt ,polite, reasonable service, each time. I am so confident in Drew's ability that I would gladly recommend Alpine's service. They also a few months ago replaced a heat pump at my daughter's home on my recommendation, and she also was happy with the results'

Description of Work: I called Alpine on a Saturday. They were able to come out and look at my system quickly. It turned out to be an electrical issue and not the air conditioner.The tech got hie electrician on the phone right there, figured it out and was able to refer me to the electrician, who also was able to get there on Saturday and fix the problem. I really appreciated the promptness and willingness to help with something that was not their issue.

Description of Work: Alpine put in a new heat pump, air exchanger and Aprilaire Electronic Air filter in for us. They were wonderful to work iwth. Drew is very professional and answered all our questions. They were prompt and clean and did the work exactly as promised for the bidded cost. They were much more resonable than the other two larger companies that I had bid the job. We also went through SUB's energy audit program and got a $500 rebate. Alpine did all the paperwork for us and worked with the inspectors. Great company. Try them out.
