We had our turf installed in April of this year we have been absolutely pleased not only with the quality of the turf, the workmanship as well as the amazing customer service they provided me. I received exactly what was promised and more. I received 3 bids for my job and chose them because of their warranty and their responsive communication. This company especially the owners Kyle and Jamie go above and beyond to assist you from your quote to the installation. They are always available to me when I have questions or concerns. I can tell you some of these comments I read about the company being rude, not responding or doing a job for less than $10,000 is 1,000% false information. Please don't believe all you read when someone uses social media to get back at a company for their own personal reasons. There is always two sides to a negative post. I say this as a consumer in no way affiliated with Alpha Turf NW! I have referred this company to neighbors, family, and even contractors who have come to my home for other work. I would recommend them over and over again they stand behind their work!and over again they stand behind their work!

Description of Work: Alpha Turf N.W. promised in writing to install 400 sq. ft. of artificial turf in my yard. I paid them $2,920.00 up front. They came to my home and spread some gravel and then informed me that they would not install 400 sq. ft. of turf nor would they cover the area within the boundary that they had marked. They refused to return my money and I have a useless pile of gravel in my yard. We are now awaiting a court date. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any contractor or merchant.
