ALL SEASONS EQUIPMENT

I bought riding lawn mower from the owner of All Season Equipment. He pressured me to get a service contract of hundreds of dollars, this continued until I left the business. The mower was delivered late by the owner that evening, when the pressure to get the service contract continued. I mowed very little grass that evening on a flat piece of land. The next morning the mower would run but not move. The owner was short on the phone and would not help me diagnose the problem on the phone, he told me that it is most likely operator error. He told me to call him when I wanted to bring in the mower. I did take it in the next morning and told them that I am not happy with a brand new mower that does not move and I wanted my money back. He wanted to look at the mower and diagnosed it quickly to be a belt that is off the pulley. Then he was looking to substantiate the operator error by saying that I pushed the mower to it limit to get out of warranty work. I disagreed and the he turned into a big bully and said that he would not service the mower and I better not take the mower down from my trailer. In parting he said that I could sell the mower. I have never experienced such rude behavior from an owner. My conclusion is don't buy anything from this business unless you buy the service contract with it, and then I am sure that contract will not be honored either.
