+ -1 moreThey lied to us about having our favorite tech on staff. When I asked to speak to a manager, they told me it would take one to two weeks for a manager to call me back. Last when I asked to speak to a manager about the dry rot, they failed to contact me.
Description of Work: This is the cost for an annual contact, we have been using them since 2006. Last summer I notice along the siding that we dad dry rot. They did not notify us of the dry rot.
