I write few reviews, however, this one is important for me to write. We moved into a "new" home for us with a very old septic system which needed to be replaced in a hurry. After talking with the large company who had done some repairs to this failed system and then talking with Harley (owner) of All Dirt, Inc. it was clear who we would hire to completely replace this system: All Dirt, Inc. Harley is professional, yet very friendly. He is very easy to reach almost at any time, day or night, weekends, etc. and that was very reassuring. He guided us every step of the process from helping to find financing, to getting the permits from the county and a ton of stuff we knew nothing about. He was there from start to finish 100%. The county calls the shots regarding which type of system is permissible and as this project became more complicated and expensive, as we had the required test holes dug and had the county come inspect our ground for what would be required, at every point Harley was available to explain what, why, how and when. You know those large, expensive projects that get worse as things go along? Usually the stress level usually goes up, too. Not with Harley and All Dirt, Inc. Due to the soil conditions the county required an advanced, pressurized drain field. While this was not the news we wanted to hear, we were very comfortable knowing we had an excellent, experienced and professional contractor on the job for us. The county does inspections along the way, and there are others involved, too, like equipment suppliers (the septic tank), electrician to wire the pump for drain field, etc. Occasionally, due to these outside partners, the work schedule had to be adjusted. All Dirt, Inc. took all this in stride, changed their schedule and kept things moving along. We are no longer stressing over our old, failed system. We are ecstatic knowing we now have a new, very well-built septic system. That piece of mind is worth everything to us. All Dirt, Inc. came in under budged (very fair price, also), on time and we absolutely recommend them!
