Things we liked about Abee: *The owner of the company, Wayne, came out to our house and and personally did the measurements. He obviously knows the window installation business well, and could speak in detail about construction specifics. *Wayne was professional and polite. He seemed like an honest, straightforward man. *The price quoted was one of the lowest for high quality windows ($4160). Things that could have been better: *As knowledgable and honest as Wayne seemed, I wish he would have spent more time with us determining what we wanted, and what would work best for us. He knew that we were working through our utility to get this done, and it felt like the quote was made to match the amount our utility would fund. *We weren't shown any window samples. Other companies brought samples with them. *We weren't given an option on windows. Wayne took measurements, and let us know he'd be in touch with the bid. There was no conversation about window choices (brands, coatings, grids, etc...). *Wayne told us the bid would be sent to us in a couple business days. However, after a week of waiting, I called the office asking for an update. The next day I finally received an estimate. Reason we chose another vendor: *The reasons stated above. None of them were major, and I'm sure if we had asked for more personalized treatment, Wayne and the company would have given it to us happily. As it turned out, another vendor provided us what we were looking for without us having to request it. *We liked the window brand offered by another vendor. *We decided to get insulation installed at the same time, and the vendor we chose does both.

He provided a bid, stuck to the bid, stuck to the timeline, and installed the window on time, and well.

When a bid from a construction company was for a sub-contractor, I decided to get a bid from a company that does installations themselves. The bid from Abee was better than the other, plus they suggested using UV glass, which only added a little more to the costs. The window required creating a custom pattern, which was made in about 15 minutes. I wasn't present for the installation, but it went in with no incidents. The UV glass helps with the temperature in a west-facing room, so it's definitely an upgrade. Overall the company was professional and friendly.

Needed my window screens replaced due to damage from a pressure washer. Abee did a great job replacing the screens and completed the work by the next day. Will go back to them for any future window screen work.

On time and very professional. Walked us through all of the necessary repairs. Also showed us where repairs were not needed. Overall we felt this company would do a good job repairing your windows. I cannot give a reading as to the quality because we have still not been able to arrange an appointment for them to actually repair the windows.they do appear to have a backlog which would be the only negative I can see.

It was an involved project with several phases. They did an excellent job in all respects and I will continue to use them and recommend their services to others. You can not go wrong. Their attention to detail and responsiveness is off the charts. A genuine pleasure to work with...

Installation took most of one day and turned out great! Will use again for any glass needs.

The installer guy Larry is a great guy in fact he came over to my mom's house and actually kind of put a screen back. I would recommend them. They did a great job. The people in the office I chose a storm door I want it one but they didn't have in stock but information come and after that my husband went back and ordered the door and the door pretty much came in when they said it would come in, and the guy Larry came out and installed it. I would use them again in the future.

Everything went well. Very complete window and patio door business with repair service at reasonable cost.

Made our sliding glass door work like new. Made a couple of new window screens that fit well. Repaired other screens.

Have used the services of this company several times over the years. They are consistently trustworthy and professional. Work was done in short time and all is functioning well again. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who wants quality and a fair price.

We met the guys from Abee at the local home show, where they were offering a great price on retractable screens. Several months later, we took the plunge and called, and they came within a few days to measure the door and review options. About a week-10 days later, they called to schedule the installation. The worker who was here to install was very nice, and when I showed him a damaged screen on another window, he took it, repaired it, and brought it back for free! Very happy with the service and them sticking to the quoted price. Would definitely use them again for any window or screening needs.

Larry who installed the screen door we bought from Abee, built up the frame around our existing back door so our screen would fit securely to the door frame. It looks great! Larry was prompt, professional and had a great sense of humor! We would definitely call Abee for future screen and door projects. They do a great job repairing existing window screens also.

They are great. It was difficult to do my shower door as it was retro fitted. He had to keep cutting it and measuring and going back and forth. He was determined to get it right. He was a very hard worker.
