AAYRES DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD KEPT IN TOUCH WITH US BY PHONE SET UP APPOINTMENTS SHOWED UP VERY PROFESSIONAL DID THE JOB LEFT THE UNIT AND SPACE CLEANER THAN HE FOUND IT. I WILL USE AGAIN.

The experience with Aayres Appliance went well from the beginning. Shane checked out our non-working refrigerator --he had to locate some difficult to find parts. Practically everypart had to be replaced. His office kept ua informed about the search results. When all of the parts had arrived he came in and fixed it and the refrigerator is like new. We felt that it was repaired at a very reasonable price.

They were very thurough and knowledgeable. They were very nice and skilled at their trade. They were honest with us as far as the issue was concerened. They are reasonably priced.

My washer was making a terrible noise. I called Aayre's and spoke to a really pleasant person who scheduled my appointment for the next day. The technician arrived and diagnosed the problems and explained to me why these problems occur on that particular washer in detail and showed me the problem. He was very knowledgeable and polite. Got straight to work and kept me informed throughout the exam. He called promptly the next morning with a part and labor estimate that exceeded the cost of a new machine. Since I had looked online and found many other people having the same problems with the same machine I elected not to go ahead with the repair. He agreed. This was a wonderful experience. You should call them for sure.

Shane arrived the next day and defined the problem within 30 min.He got the replacement part in 2 days and replaced the part the next day.I

I found them on Angie's List. They are also fixing my dryer as we speak. Everything has been great. They are on time, punctual, reasonable and friendly. I have no complaints. The reason I called them back is because this is the second time I have used them for the dryer. They are very professional. I will use them again.

Ayres were great. He came in next morning and went straight to the problem. He showed me what they did. He talked to me like I'm a smart person. He told me how it happened and told me what I should do. He taught me how to do it without having to call somebody in the future. If I have a problem with my appliances in the future, I am definitely going to call him. Even if he is not available, I will wait.

He did it quickly and was very prompt and I have used them several times since. They’re great, but make sure you get the (full) pricing upfront.

Samsung side by side 5 years old purcahsed at Costco - stopped cooling, out of warranty. NO SUPPORT from manufacturer coupled with inadequate/incompetent customer service. NO TECH SUPPORT from authorized service rep. NO ONE wanted to touch this refrigerator. Checked A's list and called Ayers, solely on ratings. Mr. Ayers was upfront regarding the level of difficulty in repairing a product with such a sketchy track record. I believe he went above and beyond to seek out the obscure information needed to attempt and complete the necessary repairs. Shane was professional, pleasant and very candid about the cost and time involved in the repair. I would absolutely recommend Ayer's Appliance Repair for any large or small repairs.

It was a service call where he performed a diagnostic. He diagnosed the issue and found out that we needed a new water filter which we replaced ourselves. He didn't have the filter, so he asked us to do it ourselves. He didn't do the work. He was correct, punctual and professional. We would use him again.

Diagnostic was quick; Shane cleaned out the freezer so that the refrigerator would cool down and stay cold until they could get the part in; part was ordered that day; I was kept in the loop of the status of the part ordered, the cost, and notified the day the part came in and set up with an appt for replacement for the next day. Shane showed up on time, was friendly and professional. He replaced the part and did another diagnostice on the elements and other parts of the rerigerator. He told me that if anything was to go wrong to call him and he would come out immediately. I will use his company again and reccomend his company to anyone.

Shane arrived on time for the scheduled appointment, diagnosed the problem quickly. He had a replacement part on his truck, and completed the work, tested the machine, within an hour of his arrival.

The freezer was making a racket, though it was staying cold. Shane came and diagnosed the problem in minutes, ordered the parts by phone, and a week later came and installed them. Now the freezer works silently. Shane was punctual, affable, and efficient. Better than other appliance repairers I have used here.

Went well. Had to order parts and come back for a second trip, but no problems.

I called Aayres on Monday morning and they were able to fit me into the day's schedule due to a cancellation. The repairman, Craig, arrive on time and went right to work diagnosing the problem. He also explained in detail each possibility and how to determine what was causing the problem. I learned a great deal from Craig about how the gas dryer works and how best to use the dryer for optimal performance. His tips were very helpful. Once he had determined the cause, he replaced the heat sensor. He then asked me several questions about how we used the dryer and what sorts of results we were getting. He then examined the venting hose and spent a good amount of time re-configuring the hose for optimal performance and air-flow. Craig was professional, and very helpful. He went out of his way to educate me on how to best use our dryer and get the maximum drying performance.

The technician was personable, dependable and efficient. The dishwasher worked like new as well as the icemaker. The only problem was that the refrigerator door seal ended up being the wrong size and another appointment needed to be scheduled.

Aayres was very friendly, honest, and upfront about everything. The first visit in September he was on time, wore booties in the house, very respectful. Unfamiliar with a few things regarding the display board, he wasn't afraid to call Bosch for technical help on the spot. His time and cost estimates were right in line. He even advised I call Bosch to see if they'll pay for the board repair since they do not make it anymore. I did and Bosch graciously paid for the board (less installation costs). Thanks for the tip, Aayres ! A few days later, after using the oven for the first time, it seemed the convection fan wouldn't turn off. Aayres promptly came out to inspect the board again, called Bosch regarding the issue, and found out upgraded boards included a sensor that kept the fan running until things cooled down...an improvement to add life to the board. Aayres felt bad he didn't know this fact upfront when I called so he did not charge me for the visit !! This appliance repair company will be getting all my calls from now on.

Our Frigidaire freezer stopped freezing items at the top. The freezer was under warranty through a local store. Through the service department, I was connected with Aayres Appliance Repairs. Though we were going into the holiday season of December, they were able to schedule an appointment quickly. Shane arrived prompt and ready to tackle the problem. He was courteous and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately, but had to order the parts. He gave me the date the parts would arrive and I received a call that day indicating the part(s) had arrived. A date/time was set for Shane to come out and replace the parts. I had given them my cell phone number as a contact. Unfortunately, I left for work and was unable to answer my phone to retrieve any messages. A message was left for me to contact them to confirm the time, which I did not know. Though he did not receive any response from the message, Shane still took extra time to come out to our house to see if anyone was home. He took time away from his family in the evening hours to complete the repair. Outstanding Service.

The price seemed reasonable. Shane took a couple of hours on the diagnosis, and the same replacing the parts.

The first technician who came out to diagnose the problem didn't seem to understand how to turn on the dishwasher or run the diagnostic test (which is easily found online by the public). We had kept a damaged filter that he made unusable. The first visit we paid about $75 --and the technician left without even getting the serial number of the machine. Then there was a delay in getting the part--because of their supplier situation. When the part came in, the technician who returned to install it did an A grade job--seemed to know what he was doing and did it. The initial visit and the delays caused by their parts supplier are the reasons I give them a B.

His work was fine, had to wait over Thanksgiving holiday, which was true for everyone.

technician polite professional, was informed part and installation was going to run about $170. Part was $120. Excluding $72 diagnostic charge. Being a mechanic i saw that the timer was a 15 min r&r. Called around found timer for less and installed it myself. AAYRES was competent in their diagnosis and have no complaints with them.

I couldn't have been more happy with the response and service. The servicemen were very professional and respectful of my time and property.

We noticed this morning that our fridge and freezer had stopped working. All our frozen food had thawed, and the fridge temperature was 50. After calling several places that couldn't come until next week, the guy at Aayres said he considered broken fridges a high priority and would be able to fit us in between other appointments this afternoon. He came on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He actually had the part on hand (the "start component") and did not try to upsell us to unnecessary repairs such as a new compressor. ($185 vs. $700 or so). Three hours later, the fridge is cooling things down again, so we're happy campers. We especially appreciated the quick service and recognition that fridge problems can be serious due to potential food poisoning, not to mention loss of food items. The other places didn't seem to take the problem seriously and seemed to take it for granted that we'd be OK waiting a whole week. (and what were we supposed to do without a fridge in the meantime?)

My experience with this company was wonderful. He came out when the roads were nearly impassible due to snow and ice, diagnosed the dishwasher problem and then agreed to look at my washing machine, which he was able to repair on the spot. He was back to repair the dishwasher the day after the part arrived from the manufacturer. Great service--will definitely call again when another large appliance needs service or repair.
