Description of Work: Had to replace glass stovetop. Manufacturer sent wrong part and there was a very long wait for the RIGHT part, but Shane found the source of the mixup (wrong part packaged in box with the RIGHT part number) and ultimately got the repair completed. He was knowledgeable and helpful.

Description of Work: Shawn was prompt and professional. Checked Stove, refrigerator, and kegarator. Decided to fix stove, ordered parts for simmer mode. It came in and found it was not the part, ordered another part, unfortunately it blew a fuse not due to anything he did. Ordered a new part and it will be put in on Nov. 9th, It is unfortunate the parts were not right, but has not charged me for all his time. I would still call him in the future

Description of Work: Refrigerator ice maker was leaking. They came out and fixed the leak. Unfortunately the ice maker then quit working, despite it working previously when the leak was present. The came out a second time and did not charge us for the service call, but did charge us for the labor to defrost the clogged water line (which I considered was fair and reasonable) that had frozen when the water was shut off to fix the leaking water line during the first visit. The ice maker now works better than ever and I don't have any leaks, so I have no complaints and am happy with the service and the work performed.

Description of Work: Washer started making noise. They were able to see me within a couple of days at a time convenient for me. Tech was very professional and extremely skilled. Unfortunately, my GE washer had washed it's last load after 10 years of excellent service. Would definitely use this company again and would recommend!

Description of Work: I called for an appointment and left a message. A return call came within several hours. An appointment was scheduled for the next day. The person arrived within the 2 hour allocated time and was polite and cordial. He quickly assessed the problem and informed me of an approximate repair cost. As the cost was more than I had paid for the original refrigerator, I told him I would just buy a new one. He then gave me information on how to go about that process. I asked him for business cards and will pass them around to people I know.

Description of Work: Shane told us we needed a new dishwasher, that he wouldn't spend the money fixing the old one. On time, and very honest.

Description of Work: Discovered what was making dishwasher leak. The interior vent was being blocked by a thin plastic sheet cutting board placed in the lower rack against one of the walls for cleaning. It was frustrating to discover it was just something simple like that which could have been avoided, had we known but at least Aayres discovered the problem before removing the dishwasher from under the counter. Our expense was limited to the initial $60 service fee.
