Although the job I requested was very small, I expected a response to my contact.

20/20 Construction also redid our roof and they put a tile floor in our computer room. I would recommend them to other people. Their rates are low and the quality is good. They are not necessarily fast. They are a non-profit making company. They have integrity and I trust them and their work.

In-home estimate with Brian very prompt. We made a verbal agreement for work to be done by a couple guys from his crew. Said project would take about half a day and they had several very large projects they were doing but could probably fit it in because it was easy. Would call in the next few days to schedule...probably will have time in the next couple of weeks. Two weeks later they were too busy to fit my brief project in to their schedule, so told me he would schedule in the next two weeks. Two weeks later the big projects still had priority and scheduling me was delayed another couple of weeks. This happened several times and I was getting postponed over and over for longer and longer periods and then he just disappeared. I gave up figuring they didn't want to bother with my low money making project. Several months later with no reply I get an email from someone else at the company asking if I still wanted the project completed. Are you kidding?? In reply to 4/10/2013 response: No I am not mistaken. And that's a poor reply. I have multiple email contacts proving this. And DUH no work was performed cause Brian kept putting me off for bigger projects. There was no written contract, it was verbal until the work actually started because it was such a "small" job.

Great! I highly recommend them and would use them again.
