Tom and his crew were terrific. Tom's a great communicator and gave me a good price. I have to say though that Rick stole the show! He put Moss out on my roof and offered to clean the gutters. Yes this is a furnace crew:) Awesome job! Highly recommend! Installer was also very respectful and conscientious. I'm referring them to my brother. Thanks Tom!

Tom and his crew were fabulous. The most important thing was I completely trust him from day one. He was so honest and so quick. I called him he came out that day and within two days I had a complete new heat pump, air handler etc... I have had some medical issues and they never embarrassed me about the lack of repair in my home. What a great crew!!!

They installed a new furnace and heat pump in one day and it was absolutely painless. We had a cool house at the end of the day and it was great. Tom is friendly and always willing to answer any questions we had. We would absolutely recommend them.

Tom was fantastic to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Not only installed my AC (which is working great), but also cleaned out my furnace fan, and let me know about a leak under my house, that I was able to fix before I had to get a costly plumber involved! The electrical company he uses (Oakley) also did a great job with the electrical work. I can't recommend Tom enough!

Super friendly, super honest with a CAN DO attitude. They certainly went the extra mile with us. We had a difficult install scenario but Tom put the extra time and effort into planning out what needed to be done to get it right. All done in 1 day. We are beyond satisfied! Tom was great I needed a new furnace and AC unit for my rental house, he had the best pricing for the quality, he was able to get me scheduled for the next day so my renters wouldn't be without heat. He did a great job, cleaned up the work area and hauled off the old furnace and AC. I was hesitant at first to go with a small business that was new but after talking to Tom, he assured me he would be there to follow up if I had any complaints. He did a great job, and I would recommend him to any of my friends and family.

I hired Glacier HVAC To install a new furnace and water heater. I had interviewed three other companies. I liked the fact that glacier is a small company and the owner Tom did all the scheduling and installation. The work was prompt and very well done. The price was mid range between the other bids. Inspection by Happy Valley was scheduled the day after installation. Tom is a very personable individual who wants to please his customers. He gave me a follow up call after installation and actually brought new filters the next week because he had forgotten to give them to me At the time of installation. I will use his company again for future HVAC needs and would highly recommend him to others.

Tom was really great to work with. When I called him with a cold house full of children he came out the same day, and had a new furnace put in the next day! We were very impressed with his customer service. We would recommend him highly.

These guys were great. I ditto all the other reviews and then some. Tom did additional work for me at no additional cost. The bid was great the work was excellent. I would recommend /rehire these guys in a minute.
