Patrick did a good job and his price was very reasonable. We have a 1400 sq ft house and the cost was $2200. The other bid we got was $900 more. Patrick is incredibly nice, did a good job, and threw in some extra painting services (stained our new front door, painted living room ceiling) for a very modest fee. This kind of flexibility and helpfulness really helped us get our house ready to sell.
