+ 3 moreWe have an older home, built about 1950. It can be frustrating to repair and remodel because things aren't square. James and his helper Nick were great. They knew what they were doing and were businesslike, but they were patient, cooperative, and flexible, not rushed and arrogant. They knew our family believes in DIY and were cool with that. They did the heavy or skilled work we couldn't handle and we did the rest. They were good about suggesting the best way for us to do it. They were comfortable working on the ladder to replace the upstairs window, I was impressed by how quickly they took down the dying tree and cleaned up the area. We will definitely call James again for future remodeling and repair work.
Description of Work: James and his helper Nick removed our old bathtub, toilet, and sink. They leveled the bathroom floor to prevent spilled water from flooding the hall carpet in the future. Contracting with a plumber, they Installed the new bathtub, toilet and sink. They also removed the old window and installed a new window in an upstairs bedroom. And they took down most of a tall tree, leaving behind some of the branches for shade as I requested.
