I was quoted a price over the phone to recover a small chair. He did not honor the phone quote, he did not honer the second written quote he did not do the work and refused to return my deposit. Robert Bennett is not to be trusted!

They were supposed to take all the re-upholstery off. He said he would put wood stripping around top because the covering that was there was stapled on. There were a lot of staples and ply wood and it was a bit rough. He did not put the wood stripping on like he said he would. What makes me angry is we bought fabric he had on hand, he did not buy new foam padding, and he was not out very much money but he charged us 180 which we thought was a little too high. He showed us the wood stripping he was going to put on. I was surprised that it was not attached. Now we are out another 67 to have the seat fixed. When I asked about the wood stripping he acted like he never said he would do that. When the other guy came to fix it, he noticed that all that was there was 2 pieces of foam glued together. This was very uncomfortable. We would get splinters every time we grabbed the back of the chair.
