 + 0 moreI've had him now coming on 4 years. It's $150 for the yard service for the month and $150 for the house cleaning. It's an even breakdown. It's $300 a month.
Description of Work: He does my house cleaning once a week and he does my yard work once a week. It's regular house cleaning maintenance. He does the floors, he does the dusting, the wipes down the appliances. He scours the sink, the tub, the potty. That kind of stuff.

 + -1 moreAt first it was good, then as the weather got hotter the job became more sloppy and they missed several thing that were to be done.
Description of Work: Yard care; lawn mowing, edging, blew down driveway... weekly, then I asked to have a couple of flower beds cleaned out of weeds, did once, but I asked for them to keep the weeds under control; however, my husband did a better job then they did. I also asked them to keep the long stranglers from my wisteria under control and they have not! I paid extra for that as well... at no avail!

 + 13 moreHere's the deal people, I'm a mature woman with a busy household full of kids and six affectionate dogs who shed BIG TIME. This was not my first rodeo hiring a service. Thank you Angie's list for helping me find Marty Funston. I now look forward to Wednesday's because when Marty and Alex leave my home EVERYTHING is done and I'm tickled to just sit back, put my feet up and appreciate their work. I highly recommend this company based not only on the outstanding quality of the service they provide but their integrity, punctuality and professionalism are also top drawer. This duo is mild mannered, pleasant to be around and above all trustworthy to have in my home. On the plus side Marty also has a lawn care business so I get my outdoor and indoor chores are taken care of in one visit. Not only do they mow, fertilize and edge they even pooper-scoop, take care of my weeding and sprinkler system and do dump runs. These guys are indispensable to running my household and golden in my book.
