Busy Bee Custom Painting & Chimney Sweep

In and out in about ten minutes; invoice listed items done/checked that weren't; first fire after their service, I had a slight flue fire from creosote remnants left on top of secondary burn tubes.

When they came out they quickly noticed my fireplace had been converted to a wood stove insert and was unable to be swept or inspected. They ended up not charging me since they did no actual work. They were honest and upfront, and I appreciate that. It just made me feel stupid for never even looking to see there was a flue conversion.

The job was finished well and on time. We're very pleased with the work Busy Bee did and would use them again.

The workers were professional and knowledgeable about their services. My niece had a leak and they replaced the flashing and had both chimneys swept and done in record time given we both leave in different cities. I would recommend them highly.

Could not have been more courteous and professional. They layed down tarps inside to cover the floor and hearth to catch all the debris from the chimney cleaning. They gave me a detailed sheet of everything they checked throughout my chimney system to give me full confidence in using my fireplace/wood stove this Winter. I will use true service again.

They have been quite good and very responsive. I can usually get them out to clean the chimney within a week. They do a good job; they come out, they sweep it and inspect it, and they are very clean in terms of what they do.

He did a really nice job. He was a really nice guy. We were not here and when we came back the job was done. He recommended fixing the carpentry a little bit and he fixed that. The guy who came out to do the estimate was good and personable. They did the job on time. We went away for a week and when we came back everything was done.
