+ -1 moreThey were the installer of the gas furnace when the house was built 17 years ago and left their company sticker on the furnace. When I had a problem their number was convenient so I called them. I called a little before 8am and the repairman was at our house at 2pm the same day. We had a problem a few years ago and I recognized the guy and remembered that he diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly on the previous visit. He spent some time explaining longevity of the furnace and various considerations in the event of replacement. House call and labor were almost all of the bill ($20 part).
Description of Work: The gas furnace was not working. They identified the problem as a broken igniter and fixed it promptly.
