+ -1 moreThis was one of the best experiences I've had with a service provider in my home. Tom called to verify the appointment on the day of, and showed up on time. He went about fixing my computer and explaining to me in common terms what was wrong and how to keep the computer running well in the future. He also showed me how to back up my programs and data and took the time to show me how to use the software, step by step. He only charged me $23 an hour for a service that I feel is as good or better than the $75+ an hour services out there. If your computer is running slow or needs repair, hire Tom and tell all your friends about him. He's a rare find.
Description of Work: PC tune up, virus removal, consultation on back up and recovery methods.
