Description of Work: New sidewalks, back patio, hot tub pad,retaining wall around entire house, front porch, breezeway

Description of Work: This was a referral from a company contacted from Angie’s List that did not do the type of work I was looking for. My site had already been excavated and “formed”. I gave my information to Bruce and was asked some pertinent questions I had not thought of. He thoughtfully gave me some suggestions to consider regardless of who did the job. The weather was below freezing when I awarded him the job. His crew came out two days prior to the pour and covered the excavation site with insulated blankets so they would not need to worry about frost/frozen ground. He arranged for additives to the concrete to help curing due to ambient (below freezing) temperature and adjusted/reinforced the existing forms at no additional charge. I was advised at that time a “pumper” was recommended as the existing concrete pad would probably not support a cement truck without damage. The cost of the pumper was the only addition to the original estimate. Bruce and his crew were prompt, courteous, and professional. He/they willingly answered all of my questions and offered suggestions where my knowledge lacked. Outstanding effort; appreciated.
