"Brian Cabrera and crew came to the house without a wheelbarrow or other adequate tools. They used the wrong-sized and wrong-colored retaining wall blocks. They used fill dirt instead of clean gravel as fill behind the wall. The wall is not straight, was not installed properly, and now encroaches on the neighbors property. They added to the price of the job without good justification. They did a terrible job on the landscaping and the fence. The fence is currently crooked and unfinished. I had to pay someone else to have the wall partially re-done. They left it partially completed for several weeks. It was a nightmare. I basically paid them to go away. Do NOT hire these people!"

"Avoid this company. I hired them to fix a water intrusion in 2023. After confirming the location of the water intrusion, the recommended replacing a window, flashing, and siding surrounding the window. They "guaranteed" that this would fix the water intrusion. This cost was over $10,000 and each day was billed for the work separately. No estimate for time or quote was provided prior to the work being done. I hired a separate contractor to repair the interior wall and repaint. Less than a year later, the repaired interior wall shows signs of water damage. I reached out to SFW construction to review the work, and they estimated another 4 days to fix the same water intrusion that they failed to repair the first time. They have now billed me an additional $13,000 on top of the original $10,000 to repair it again, with no honoring of their guarantee. Avoid this company, they do not honor their agreements and will charge you twice for the same job that I doubt is even fixed this time."
