Description of Work: Replaced gutters on Shop and it was so good we did the barn too!

Description of Work: Several attempts to contact them were made since late fall 2015, all but once to the answering machine. They did not return calls last fall for a request for an estimate for gutter/roof cleaning but must have gotten the message, did not call me back. I was just backing out of my driveway when a woman and man were near my vehicle, I asked what they needed, the woman said they were from HedgeCarter for the roof cleaning estimate. I told her I was on my way out and to leave the written estimate at the back door area and I would call with any questions. I did call them with some questions (maybe email would have been a better route) and never was called back. I had Restoration Roof do the work....they call back and show up when expected, did good work on the moss and gutter cleaning. |Then in January 2016, I had an idea to have a continuous gutter put on the home to remedy a fascia leak issue, I called once and left a message on the answering machine, did not get a return call to my number at the area code that is a new one offered for this county. I called again and one of the owners answered, I told her of the no return call, was told they do not call out of the area area code numbers, I informed the person it is a new one offered and I live in the county they provide gutter service to. The owner sounded very tired and distracted on that call. I was given an appt. for 2 days later when they would be in the vicinity w/ other stops. The day of the appt., I got an early am call about rescheduling it to 3 days later and agreed. I never saw them on that day nor did they call. I called them back with a message to call me. It took more than 2 weeks for them to return the call, an appt. was scheduled for more than a week away, one of the owners did show up, was very polite and professional, answered some questions on materials, left a very detailed estimate with a diagram of the work on graph paper, was told there is a 2 week wait to schedule any appt. for work. |This company comes very highly recommended by my dependable and excellent plumber. |I got tired of being blown off and the repeated problem of no return calls or adhering to scheduled appointment, calling ahead to leave an appt. time. Respect for the potential customer's time and the organizing & scheduling their own time is not a priority for these owners yet. |I have since found out that the solution to my fascia/gutter leak issue is solvable with improved flashing installation, not a continuous gutter that would cost more. I was not discouraged from putting a continous gutter by not just HedgeCarter but by 2 other continuous gutter companies. |

Description of Work: Gutters yet to be installed. |Very confident they will do fine.
