Fantastically well. I've used Bear Electric many times, they're always reliable and do great work.

This work was done in conjunction with the installation of a new furnace and an air conditioner by another contractor. The work done by Bear Electric was excellent and the cost was reasonable. The electricians made important suggestions that enhanced our house's electrical capability. When finished with the job, they carefully cleaned up their work sites and hauled away discarded electrical parts. We soon plan to hire Bear Electric to install a lighting system in our basement.

Professional and we would definitely use them again and recommend them. They cleaned up well and know exactly what they're doing!

I can't say enough good things about Bear Electric and their crew. Mark, the Service/Dispatch Manager is very professional. He helped me figure out what I needed to get done on my old house with a number of electrical issues. Fernando was the technician that worked on my house. I had so many issues and concerns that needed to be fixed, removed, updated, etc., I thought it would be really expensive or just too big of a job. Fernando handled it like a pro; and as I added things to the list, just kept plugging along. Everything took four separate visits, yes my house was that bad. Fernando kept me in the loop on the work, clarified my requests and made suggestions that were always in my best interest. Highly recommend Bear Electric!

Bear was happy to do a small project that many others electricians deemed not worth their attention. We were scheduled quickly and the staff showed up on time and were personable and professional. Work done in less time than inspected. From start to finish we could not be more pleased.

Everything was fine except that the guy didn't mark the panel very correctly. He didn't mark down what each part went to correctly. I would use him again in the future.

Perfect job. Very personable, polite, willing to discuss. Nick and Jerrod did a stellar job. Mark came by to fill in and help and they all were just focused on getting it done right. Very impressed. Hard to imagine better service.

Original estimate was, site unseen, 1.5 hours per unit. Price was going rate plus travel time of 3 hours. I split the travel time with another job at the same condo building so it was not so bad. The actual time was trice what the estimate was, but I was with the electrician the entire time and he did not screw around. He worked very competently and did a great job. Everyone must understand that remodels cost a whole lot more than original installs. This guy was great and the company was as well! SOOOO much better than your typical costal hack contractor! I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

The electrician showed up on time with all the necessary tools. He worked efficiently and did all the work in about two hours. He was pleasant and had no trouble diagnosing all the electrical problems, and fixing same. It was a real pleasure having him do the work.

I was very happy with Frank's work. He listened to my concerns and made suggestions as to what he thought would work best. I felt he was honest about possible negative consequences and worked to avoid them. And he did avoid them (no gaping holes in the lathe and plaster that would need repair). Would definitely recommend to other people with older homes. (Ours was built in 1932.)

They gave me a quote, they showed up on time, they were there when they said they would, they were very nice people, they explained everything, and they did a couple of other things that were not even on the project without charge. We have a local electrician, and their price was comparable to them and I think I got better service. The quality was excellent. They were right on time, they said they would be there at a certain time, and they called 15 minutes before they got there. They were very professional, and they explained things to me.

I don't know if the guy knows what he was doing and he certainly didn't check with me on what the plans were with the outdoor receptacle. It didn't come out as I expected.

The job took about 45 minutes to complete. I thought the price was excellent for the time they took. They were very professsional to work with and scheduling was perfect.

They have been constantly the best price, and I've always been impressed with their work. They've started to get busy, probably because of their reputation. Last time I asked for an estimate it took a week to get someone out, but I can't complain, holiday time schedules are tough, but they were willing.

Bear Electric was very responsive and easy to work with. They were able to provide me with a quote to replace a chandelier in our master bedroom and get rid of a do it yourself wiring project the previous owner had done. They were able to get someone out to us within a few days, which was a vast improvement on some of the other quotes we received, which were 2-3 weeks out. The electrician was friendly and efficient, finished both projects in the time frame I had discussed with them in the phone and for a reasonable cost. We will definitely use them again!

They were prompt and professional. They also great advice on adding the new breaker box.

Bear Electric had done the electrical work in my kitchen renovation in 2009. The outlets in my counter top stopped working and i thought I had a faulty external light switch. First call to the electrician who did the work in 2009 did not produce a call back. After making a second call to the office, i did get a call back to inquire about my problem. The electrician who responded was able to tell me how Bear typically rewires and kitchen and had me look for a 2nd GFI. Resetting the GFI solved both the counter outlet and external light problem. Doh! My previous work with Bear Electric has been good quality which is why i go back to them.

after e-mail of photo sent , was called and told not able to give a correct quote, because unable to tell where wires started at, set appt. luckly the wires were close. over all it was a fast process. would use then again.

They were recommended by a contractor as being really good, and they sent some guys out fairly quickly who arrived right at the start of a two-hour appointment window. They were professional and quick, and then...... I never heard from them again. I never received a bid or a call at all. I'm a teacher, so I have to go with an "F" overall. You can't part-way do something and then totally flake out on the final exam.

I had a great experience with Bear Electric. They explained their billing costs upfront and came out the day after I called. They were on time (early actually) and Todd was very professional and friendly. He showed me what was faulty and replaced the part quickly. I evaluated the price as a B, instead of an A because nearly $200 is expensive to replace a dimmer but I do understand the value of having an electrician do potentially dangerous work. I did not shop this job around so I don't know if I could have gotten the job done cheaper. I will not hesitate to call Bear Electric again.

We were very happy with them. They gave us a quote. We added some items on to the job and they did it well within the price range. We were really surprised. They were really good. It took them several visits. I didn't have all the stuff that I needed and I had to go and buy them. They always called before they came. They didn't leave any mess and did everything beautifully. We were remodeling the kitchen. So they had to change the dedicated lines for the range that had to be switched across the room. They went crawling under the house. They had to remove the chandelier and put in a ceiling fan. They put in another ceiling fan and lights in the hallway. We were really pleased with the price. They were very efficient. They did everything really well. We have three different circuit boards and we live in a very old house. I didn't have any problem. They were licensed and they knew what they were doing. When they put the ceiling fan in it was amazing because it was really high. They did it beautifully. If we need any more work we would go to them.

They had to disconnect the old furnace, move the plugs to a different spot and plug in the new furnace because the old set up did not meet up with current code. The furnace company contracted Bear Electric for this work. They did a good neat job. I will use them in the future.

I am an architect who used Bear and am very pleased, as is the owner. Their crew handled everything in a fair and professional manner. Always on time, ready to go above and beyond. At each step, they fairly priced any changes and did the work. Even made several very good suggestions for improving the project that saved the client money. Overall, very impressed.
