+ -1 moreInstead of using the agreed to oil finish in original contract, and after telling me all the reasons not to use water finish, she used water finish and charged extra for it. Threw away baseboards, we are without baseboards. Floor separating badly. Due to not doing dining room correctly, sunken living room has two different borders. Seven phone calls later, no callback.
Description of Work: Lay new hardwood in dining room, refinished hallway, kitchen hardwood floors.

+ -1 moreSHE WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. IT WAS PERFECT. SHE TOOK THESE OLD FLOORS THAT WERE TERRIBLE, AND SHE COMPLETELY MADE THEM LOOK BRAND NEW. NOTHING WAS HALF DONE. SHE WAS VERY PLEASANT. EVERYTHING ABOUT HER WAS JUST SO EASY TO WORK WITH. SHE CAME AND WORKED HARD. SHE FINISHED WHEN SHE SAID SHE WOULD. SHE WAS JUST ON IT.
Description of Work: SHE STRIPPED A LIVING ROOM, HALL AND TWO BEDROOMS OF FLOORING, SANDED THEM DOWN, AND PUT A FINISH ON THEM.
