It went very well. They were able to come within 3 days of my call. Weston was here about 45 minutes and initially thought we might have a major repair on our hands - requiring several hours to fix and costing around $1350. He did some more digging and was able to fix it on the spot for $350.

While they did need to get another contractor to take care of one aspect of the project, he provided good quality work and he ate the cost so the pricing did not change for us. They were responsive and came out to fix something the inspector found that was done incorrectly.

The project went well and I'm very satisfied. Treven (journeyman) and Cody (apprentice) worked together to address the vintage toilet tank issue and also one I added when they arrived (replacing bevel washers on a vintage sink). Treven kept me posted on their initial delay so I could manage my time. They needed parts and returned quickly. The costs were not cheap, but a good value, as both involved vintage fixtures, and Treven was clear on the cost for each part of the job ($450 for the toilet and $150 for the sink...flat rates that didn't change.)
