Description of Work: I have heard stories all over clackamas county of "steve" ripping people off. I fhe tells you your pump is shot- its probably a simple 10 dolaar part and he will resell your perfectly good pump to someone else. Use at your own risk. The guy is an *******.

+ -1 moreWe had an emergency well issue on a Sunday afternoon. We had massive amounts of sand flowing into our well pump. I called and left a message, Jason called me back within 15 minutes. The next day, he came out and diagnosed the issue and contacted the needed drilling company and arranged a temporary water supply. After sending the sand out for testing (sizing), they suggested installing a steel filter to keep this from happening again. We followed their advice. The only complaint would be the mess left over and the damage from the drilling rig (not part of their company). I read the fine print and it said they are not responsible for damage. I would have said to a customer that "you can expect to have a mess and maybe some driveway damage that is completely unavoidable".

+ -1 moreWE CALLED THE COMPANY LISTED IN OUR PUMP HOUSE THAT INSTALLED OUR PUMP IN 1993. STEVE'S PUMP CAME OUT THAT SAME MORNING AND HAD US UP AND RUNNING IN A VERY SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. THEY ALSO TOOK A WATER SAMPLE AND GAVE US RESULTS ON SAFETY AND POTABILITY SHORTLY THEREAFTER.
Description of Work: THE SWITCH & GAUGE ON OUR WELL WATER PUMP WENT OUT AND WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY WATER.
