+ -1 moreA friend had referred Koetje Tree Service to me. He gave me the phone number and I called one of the owners (Ron) about having someone come and give me an estimate to have a birch tree removed. Ron came and gave me a free estimate. I told him I would be getting a couple of other estimates and would get back to him if needed. I did get a couple of other bids, and decided to go with Koetje. I called Ron and told him we wanted him to do the work, but would be out of town for about a week. He said he would call me the following week to make an appt. The day we got back, Ron called. An appt was set to get the work done, and he and one of his employees were at our house at the stated time. Ron and his helper completed all the work requested including cutting the tree into 12 to 13 inch pieces once the tree was down. They cleaned up all the debrie and were on their way. I was extremely happy with the services performed. Ron was very good to work with and very professional throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to friends and family, as well as others who ask about tree services.
Description of Work: Removed a birch tree from our back yard. Cut up the tree in the requested 12 to 13 inch logs, Cleaned up all the debrie left over from the tree.

+ -1 moreARRIVAL TIME WAS PROMPT. THEY DIDN'T WASTE ANY TIME, AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. THEY WERE CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE ANYTHING (PLANTS, FLOWER POTS, ETC.) WHILE MOVING AROUND EQUIPMENT AND HAULING BRANCHES OUT. I HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE, AND I FEEL SO MUCH MORE SECURE NOW THAT WE NO LONGER HAVE DEAD LIMBS SO CLOSE TO OUR ROOF.
Description of Work: 50' MAPLE TREE PRUNED, CLEANED UP, AND SHAPED. APPROXIMATELY 10 STUMPS (LAUREL & DEAD TREES) GROUND OUT. ALL DEBRIS WAS PICKED UP AND CHIPPED. THE AREA WAS THOROUGHLY CLEANED OF TWIGS AND BARK.
