We called to ask for an estimate to have a new water heater installed in our home in Dallas. They emailed us 2 business days after our call to tell us they were too busy to help us!

This was a project that I have had in mind for quite a while, but a leaky roof moved this up on the priority list since. I have a solar hot water system and through this process, I discovered that there really is nobody out there to service solar systems. Especially solar hot water. Steve Forbes is the only person that I found that knows what to do and how to handle a glycol solar hot water system. He was very thorough, explained things and answered all of my questions. Because of the need to replace the roof, the project had to be done in phases. Once the roof is complete, Priority Plumbing will come back out to reconnect the solar panels, reconnect the solar hot water system, recharge the system and finish removing all of the old plumbing. In talking to Steve I discovered that he teaches Plumbing at Chemeketa CC. It made me feel much better to have the and quot;Professorand quot; on the case.

Came out same day and finished the next morning. I was surprised at the high bill.

I called one day and the estimator was here the next morning. Received an advance call saying he would be late because he needed to pick up tools. He was actually just a few minutes late. He was courteous and thorough. Had there been a problem, he was prepared to stay until the problem was fixed. He was professional and took time to explain the situation.

We had constructed sink supports that allowed their plumber very tight access to the drain assembly, and it took him a little longer to install, but he did an excellent job with no complaining. This work included hooking up the hot and cold water faucets plus connecting the dishwasher. It's been a year and a half, and it's all still working perfectly.

When I called, the person who greeted me was very friendly and professional. They were able to get me in quickly, which was great. The plumber was late, though, and did not call. I think he showed up about 20 minutes late. The plumber seemed very knowledgeable. He was professional and friendly. He checked everything out and we discussed options. He was installing some other toilets he had recently purchased recently and offered to call me later to let me know if those were good potential toilets for me to buy. He called me the next day leaving a message about them, which I thought showed a higher level of service than most. Overall, while I didn't get a quick, easy fix, they were able to troubleshoot my issues and help me determine my next steps, which was very helpful.
