I called for an appointment for the assessment on a Wednesday and was told I would be called back to schedule an appointment for the following week. I had not heard back from them so in the afternoon of the following Monday I called. I spoke to the same woman I had originally spoke to and she said she had to coordinate appointments and was going to get back to me. She said she had my paperwork in front of her was going to call me this afternoon. We schedule an assessment For Wednesday, which was two days later. She then said that they would do the evaluation and estimate. She said if I utilize their company there would be no cost. If I did not I would have to pay for “it“. I asked what I was paying for and she said I would have to pay for the assessment an estimate. I told her she had not told me that before and I am trying to make an educated guess on choosing the proper company. Told her I did not agree with their company‘s policy and that she had already not follow through with calling me back a week ago. She said she was sorry and was there anything else she could help me with missed leading company waste of my time.

They were here August of 2011. It cost $5000.

Very nice people came to my house. They always kept me informed of everything going on. Very punctual and everything went just as planned. Excellent work. Very complete testing of every function of the heat pump before they announced the job finished. Extra things were done for me: They filed for the state tax credit for me. Also trained me on how the thermostat works. They have written me a couple of emails since the job has been complete to see how things are going and if I have any questions. Great company to work with!!!! I recommend them without hesitation.
