Everything was great. He contacted me to set up scheduling and he was able to come out right away for the service. He was very nice and personable. He was thorough in what he did. I was very pleased with his services.

I've been driven nearly crazy by ants when it rains for several years. We've tried everything well could think if to get rid of them. Matt explained that we had two types of ants and would treat for both. I think what I appreciated I most was his confidence that he could rid us of this problem. He was on time, found the ant nests, treated in the house, outside the house and the crawl space. We are so happy that we are not dealing with this frustrating problem. I highly recommend Matt and will use him in the future if needed.

I emailed him and he sent one back the day I purchased the deal. I called him and left a voicemail after that. He didn't respond and I emailed him again today and have not heard from them.

It went very well. We were concerned about the rodent bait since we have three small dogs but he placed the bait where it would be difficult for the dogs to get at it and used bait that wouldn't harm them. He will check back in a month to make sure we aren't having problems. He was running late for our appointment but called and let us know and checked to see if it would be a problem - it wasn't. We will call Matt again.

Matt arrived and asked me to explain the problems I had. He was very personable and explained what he would be doing. I was very pleased to know that he uses all natural products that would not be a problem for me or my animals. It's been over a month now, and my house is ant and spider free. I am very happy, and have hired Matt for quarterly pest control. He is really a great guy- I highly recommend his service.

When first contacted by telephone, Matt Halverson, the owner/operator, was very professional and courteous. I had killed what I thought was a black widow spider in my bedroom and I placed an urgent request for his services. I have an allergy to at least one spider's bite that happened at my house in the past, so I was alarmed! Matt scheduled for early the next afternoon and arrived exactly on time! I had managed to kill the spider in question with a spray and retained it for his inspection. After careful assessment, Matt determined that it was not a black widow, although it had some of the characteristics. I was much relieved. Matt spent time with me going over what he planned to do. He also answered all of my questions and provided me with his background and experience. Matt was thorough, both inside and outside of my house, and never hurried through his work. He went over all that he had done before leaving. I am greatful that he took the time to do so, as we discovered a huge spider that had been living under my bed, together with 4 smaller versions! All were dead at that point, but none were black, and probably of the type that I had the allergic reaction to previously! I have never seen such a HUGE SPIDER, and it was most likely of the agressive type, especially at this time of year (mating season). I am so glad to be rid of them, especially from where they had taken up residence! After three nights, I finally returned to my regular sleeping quarters with some peace of mind! I had previously used the services of a wonderful pest control operator, who is now deceased, and Matt has now become my go-to person. I am setting up a regular plan for his services. I highly recommend Matt Halvorsen and Eola Hills Pest Control.. I am thankful that I had remembered seeing Angie's List Big Deal only a few days earlier and immediately checked out that service. Price was as advertised but more than that, I have discovered a business person that delivered great service and gave me some peace of mind! f

Matt was a true professional and very personable! He really knows his job! He even sprayed the spiders in my shrubbery...(I hadn't even thought of that). He asked what specific problems I was experiencing in and outside of the house and then showed me the areas of the house where the spiders were....(They were EVERWHERE in all different stages of life!) I would ask about new things and he had already identified the bugs and sprayed for them. I will have him back again....and to spray my apple tree also!

This was an Angies List Big Deal and it was. I turned in a possible "scam" alert to you because I could not reach this vendor until you sent me his phone number. You assured me he was a verified vendor and I'm glad I called him. The email address you listed on the ad was undeliverable and his website could not be opened. His phone number was not listed on the original Big Deal Ad. He told me his contact at Angies List told him his numbers were way down and they did not know why. When I told him I could not contact him with the listed info on the ad he was not angry about the mistakes, he laughed and said he would contact you for the corrections-you forgot to put @hotmail.com on his email address. Matt was very polite, punctual and professional. He seemed very informed about his business. He helped move what needed to be moved to treat the infested area of our home. He has a 3 month guarantee on his work. I would call this vendor back even after the 3 months end. He worked the whole time he was here and I feel did a complete job including sweeping our house eves before he treated them. Thanks for sending his phone number! This was a wonderful "Big Deal".

He does a very through job and at the right price. He gets it done right the first time and if not he will come back to do it again.

Reviewed the property. Gave us different ways to control the problem. Then called a few weeks after he came to make sure that everything was taken care of.

He was wonderful. That was the best money I've spent in a long time. He took care of the problem. He is just a stellar person.

He told us what to expect. Walked around with us and showed us the nests. (we did not follow him under the house) He told us what he was going to do to correct the problem. He then preceded to do it. He told us that if we saw more ants after 2-3 days to let us know and he would come back and respray. He informed us that we could sign up for another visit in 3 months. He did not pressure us. We did sign up for another visit as we did not want the ants returning. He did a lot for the $$$$. We are very pleased with the result. Only 2 ants seen since he sprayed!!!

It was worth every penny. He is courteous and on time. He is availible and a pleasure to work with.
