He explained things well and was punctual and completed the work quickly and was knowledgeable . Pricing was on the higher end.

Excellent response time and quality workmanship throughout on a very difficult job. Not only had the chimney never been cleaned, the outside chimney needed moss removal and repair to a cracked crown. The serviceman also applied a chimney saver coating on the outside and installed a stainless steel homesaver raincap with bird screen. A positive experience and I would highly recommend this company!

The service man was very prompt, did an excellent job of describing what he was doing, provided great tips on things I could do myself to make the pellet stove more effective, and was also concerned about knowing if everything was ok after he was done. I would highly recommend this company.

They didn't say anything was wrong with the flashing on my chimney. I was mad they didn't tell me I had a leak and had them come out to look at it. They said they were not responsible for it. They denied putting my chimney stove in which ruined my ceiling. They said they could fix the leak for 795, I found someone to fix it for 250. They were going to charge me for the inspection of the leak. I would suggest them to anybody. They won't step in my house ever again. The leak was very noticeable. If I was able to get on my roof I would have seen it. They didn't tell me it was there when they were inspecting it. Another person said I did not need to get my chimney cleaned every year, that I don't have much soot on there. They were just coming in and cleaning it not telling me it wasn't necessary.

They were really professional. They showed me some other things that needed to be fixed, but they said they didn't need to be fixed right then. They gave me good advice about how many times one should clean the chimney and what kind of wood you should use. It was really helpful. They were real efficient, it was a good price and they came quickly. They did a good job, then left. Their pricing was average.

We used this company for years until our experience this summer. A week after our chimney cleaning and inspection, I got a call from the worker who performed the cleaning who was calling to let us know our chimney wasn't safe to use. Apparently when the report on our chimney was being reviewed by the owner, he told the worker that our chimney was not safe and needed to call us right away. I asked for options and was told I would be sent information on a pellet stove they would recommend. I never received any additional information and have to question whether our chimney was safe to use in past years.

They are really fast and they stuck to the estimate.
