Description of Work: Larry kept me informed as to when he would arrive to do the job. Cleaned living-dining room and a huge coffee stain on out stair landing. The carpet is white and probably 25 years old and it looks like new!!! The stain from the full cup of coffee I spilled is completely gone.I appreciate the fact that this is a certified green cleaning company and would not hesitate to recommend them.

+ -1 moreThey were able to give us a price over the phone from my description of the work to be done, and set up a date to do it within the week. They arrived on time and had the job completed within the estimated time. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. They brought in a couple of blowers to help dry the carpeting before leaving. A bottle of carpet cleaner was left for spot cleaning when needed. And they didn't leave until all my questions were answered and everything was in ship shape. They are by far the best we have ever had clean our carpeting.
Description of Work: They cleaned all the carpeting in our 3 bedroom house, includng stairs and several different-sized rugs....even little mats in front of the doors. The rugs were moved off the hardwood flooring when cleaned so as not to hurt the floors. They moved all the moveable furniture and put foam blocks or waxy paper under the legs when replacing them on the carpet so as not to stain. The carpeting even feels thicker and better under our feet! The work was far superior to others we have had in our area over the 12 years we have been here, cleaning spots and worn areas no one else has been able to clean, such as the front edges of the stairs, and areas under the windows that other companies had to come back to redo. We were amazed. And they gave us a senior discount, as well. We couldn't be more pleased.

+ -1 moreThey arrived on time, did the work I asked promptly and very well, gave me some good advice when I asked some questions about carpet care. As a bonus they were able to remove some old animal stains from previous owners of the house, stains that other cleaners had been unable to remove.

+ -1 moreThe woman I spoke with gave me a bid over the phone. I was uncertain of the room size so she asked me leading questions which provided her with adequate information. I scheduled the work and later received a reminder phone call. The cleaner arrived at the scheduled time, was friendly, efficient, and the carpet looked beautiful when finished. During the after-work conversation I learned their process is non-toxic and leaves no residue. I believe him as there was no perfumy after-odor, something to which we're very sensitive.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpet on one flight of stairs and entire master bedroom, roughly 400 square feet.

+ -1 moreOur carpet was 10 years old with several high traffic areas, and had not been cleaned for about a year. The method used was "steam" cleaning with truck mounted vacuum. The carpet was cleaner than it had been after cleanings by others, and dried considerably faster.
