They died an excellent job going above and beyond installing anchors for future maintenance on the steep roof. It was completed in 2 days and the surrounding area was cleaned up as if they were never there. I would highly recommend them.

Casey explained everything well and showed me a sample of materials to be used prior to sending an estimate. Work was completed in a timely manner. They cleaned up everything after the job was completed. Would definitely recommend them.

While working under rather inclement conditions the team preformed admirably. The business owner/ project manager made frequent visits to maintain continuity between myself and the crew which eliminated the need for me to interrupt the crew for completion updates. As for job site cleanliness lets just say remarkable. Every evening before leaving the job sight the crew would pickup any lose materials and go through the planters and lawn with magnets looking for nails or staples, most apricated by my lawn mower. The only negative thing is they have done such a nice job on the roof now the other repairs that are need to my home are much more apparent.

good best better? Instead why not begin and end with excellence! The team at Pro Home Builders (Dylan) took such great care of us from start to finish. The start day was off and on rain but by day's end half the roof was stripped and sealed. Dylan worked on and off in the bad weather and then the unprecedented ice storm. They got it done despite all the weather. My roof is the best looking in the county and no doubt strongest - built in an ice-storm.

The owner was very pleasant. He took the time to explain the work that would be done and the how and why of it. The cost was extremely reasonable considering the amount of work required. The young man who completed the work ( pressure washing sidewalk and driveway, cleaning gutters and downspouts, getting moss and leaves off one side of house under a tree) was an extremely hard working man, extremely pleasant and when I broke down in tears due to my father starting hospice he asked if he could pray with me. I am eternally grateful having met him. I can definitely recommend Linnway soft wash llc.

The guys showed up on time they were very professional did our whole roof in about two hours I did a great job of cleaning everything up afterwards. Iâ ve even had some neighbors stop by to look at the results and they were all impressed. I would definitely rehire them again and also would recommend them to anyone.

Group was very pleasant and friendly. I like the way they cleaned the roof but thee clean up has a lot to be desired. The owner mentioned that they cleaned the gutters for free. When your sweeping moss and roof grandulars into the gutters I feel its part of the job to make sure the gutters are clean. Also there was moss and roof grandulars in the flower beds and front court yard and over my hand rails that I had to clean up. When they left I think they forgot to turn something of on there machine because they left a trail of water and moss in my drive way. It took me about an hour to an hour and a half to clean up what they didn't. I guess they figure the roof is ,all they need to clean up. and buy the way I'M handecapped in a wheel chair.

Roof work was excellent. But using blowers on roof left a lot of debris to clean up which I had to clean up later. Workers were professional and the roof looks really goog

This experience was great. The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They explained the process to me and had no problems answering any questions I had. They were quick and efficient. It was refreshing to work with someone who appeared to genuinely have an interest in making sure I was happy ad a customer and informed rather than just another job as I have experienced with others.
