Excellent Service! The owner of Fidelis Pest Control, Taggard, was quick to respond to my first phone call. I left a message on his phone and he called me back on the same day. He said he could be at my home the next day if I wanted him to look at my problem wasp nest. I hadn't made up my mind what to do about the wasp nest and Taggard said I could call him on his cell phone when I decided. I am a do-it-yourself home owner, but after I slept on it I called Taggard on his cell the following day and he came out that day. He was professional and courteous. He wore protective shoe covers while he was in my house. I showed him where I thought the wasps were getting into my first floor kitchen, through a wall space under a built-in pantry cupboard. We then went outside to where I had seen the wasps entering an outside wall just under my first floor bathroom exhaust vent. (I was getting as many as 10 wasps in my kitchen the day before I called Fidelis Pest Control.) Taggard then set to work. He used a mixed insecticide containing two parts; a slow acting part to kill the entire wasp nest over several days and a fast acting part to help stop the wasps from entering my kitchen. He explained what he was doing and why. He was thorough in his spraying of the wasp nest through the very small entry hole the wasps had chewed into my house. His work has been a success! It has been a week since Fidelis Pest Control was here and the wasps no longer appear in my kitchen. (A few came into the kitchen for a couple of days and then none at all.) I am pleased with the results and glad I called Taggard to have him kill the wasps. The $80.00 was well spent! Plus, Fidelis Pest Control gave me a 60 warranty on the extermination of the wasp nest.
