Alpine Heating & Air Conditioning

I had a service technician from a well known Eugene company come to my home, I was told that I had a bigger problem than he could fix at that time and would send another person out to give me an estimate. The second person came out and instructed that I essentially needed an entire new system. They were supposed to send me an estimate and I never heard back from them, not even after calling to remind them! Well thank goodness they never got back to me. James with Alpine came out to my house yesterday and fixed the problem in 1 hour and cost me a heck of a lot less than the thousands of dollars the other company was talking. James was great, personable, knowledgeable and explained everything to me. You can bet the next time I have a heating and/or cooling issue I will call Alpine

I hired Alpine for a second opinion on my heat pump. I was told by another local heating and air company that the heat pump compressor was shot, therefore my heat pump was not fixable for the money. We had been heating our house with the wood stove for most of the winter. Through HomeAdvisor I called Alpine and hired them to give me a second opinion on if my heat pump could be fixed. One of their technicians was working three streets away, so after he finished that job he came right over. He performed a diagnostic and found the only problem with my heat pump was that it was out of refrigerant and that the breaker had been shut off. It works fine now. He even stayed around for awhile to make sure it continued to work. They were very professional, courteous, quick to respond and very courteous. I have found a new, honest, reasonably priced heating and air conditioning business - Alpine Heating & Air Conditioning and I am thrilled! I would and will highly recommend them.

Professional and courteous. The pipes were making a loud clunking sound. The technician found it soon, and fixed the problem. He tested it several times to make sure everything was fine. I will use them again.

Price that was quoted was the price that was charged. I had a somewhat unusual request rebuild my outdated fan housing to work with my old heater because I could not afford a new heater for my home and Alpine did an excellent job well beyond of what I expected. Great job.

Our air conditioner stopped working during the first really hot stretch of the Summer. They were able to get out here to fix it within 5 hours of my initial call, I was expecting to wait days. They brought the part they expected they'd need and it was fixed within minutes of them getting here. Great company, great service!

Jeff was a few minutes late for the appointment. He went right to work, discovered the problem, and replaced the faulty part. I was pleased to discover he had the replacement part on his truck. He was pleasant to talk with and answered my questions acceptablely. I look forward to trying out my repaired furnace this fall. I certainly would call Alpine again.

Great work ethic. Did what they said they would do for the money they quoted. Did a pretty big job in one day and cleaned up. Drew and his crew were awesome.

This is a wonderful company. The owner came promptly and diagnosed the problem immediately ( broken fan in the furnace). He gave us advice on how to cut our heating bill and was personable, friendly and a real joy to deal with.

My old electric wall heater broke and Drew came prepared with the exact part to fix it, which saved me the cost of paying for him to drive to Home Depot to buy one. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained the situation as he worked. I would definitely call him again and will recommend Alpine to anyone who need help with their heating system.

I was simply looking for a new fan for my heat pump. Drew was extremely courteous and helpful as I can be a bit brusque at times. He also told me I should replace the capacitor and arranged to deliver the parts right to my door. He also gave me a wag on updating my system over the phone. Very helpful and low pressure.
